Your sub will taste delicious but don’t always expect service with a smile at this particular location. “Kristy” the middle aged white woman is unhappy providing customer service and is not afraid to tell you to leave after you have sat down to eat despite asking another employee if it is okay to do so just before closing. Also, do not make the mistake of listing the ingredients you’d like after declaring it “Mike’s Way” because she will tell you she knows how to do it. Her customer service skills are sorely lacking and fail to score any “Shore points” with me.

For the owner. Walked in today for first time ever during lunch hour. Big Mistake! Or so I thought. Customers everywhere. Picking up to-go’s, ordering at the counter, sitting and eating. I almost turned around and walked out. Glad I didn’t. While waiting patiently in line you could tell the employees were feeling a little overwhelmed and uneasy. Then out of nowhere a customer who had been waiting by the register went off on a single employee while also putting down the other employees. You could tell this customer was the reason for the awkward tension in the air. Did that employee say anything back? No. Did they drop everything to cater to him? No. She went about her business continuing to make customers their sandwiches all while answering their requests for “mayo on the meat not bread.” “Light relish.” Another employee stepped up to handle the angry customer. The line continued to move. No escalation to the customers level. Through all of this, that employee recognized that the subs she was making for the next few people in line didn’t have the right ingredients from the slicer employee and made it right. When making my sub she got to the point of wrapping it and realized she had forgotten the bacon. I wouldn’t have noticed but she did and made it right. Having worked in retail I know how important it is to make sure customers are happy and employees are representing the business as they should. Finding and retaining employees today is a challenge. Again, as a customer I just wanted to let the owner and the team working today know I was impressed with everyone keeping their cool and keeping the line moving. Thank you! I’ll be back to buy another $20 sub soon.

They had a great promotion today if you spent $12 on Door Dash that started at 5pm. I placed an order at 5:01 and it said the store is temporarily closed. How convenient you close right when a promotion starts. You have lost my business for good.

This is the first time I have been to Jersey Mike’s and I didn’t know what to expect. I remember reading positive reviews about it a few years ago so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a large turkey sub just to stick to a standard every day sub to compare to other places. It was excellent. 5 stars for taste. I would have given this place 5 stars except for two reasons…. the place smelled overwhelmingly like chemicals to a point where it almost made me leave without ordering and secondly it is way over priced. A large turkey sub at 17 dollars is a hard sell when right around the corner tops has a 15 inch sub that has double the ingredients for 11 dollars or other places like Tony’s pizza in Clinton NY whose subs have about 4 times the amount of ingredients and are triple the size for around 10.50.

Philly born and raised. This is the closest you’re going to get to a Philly cheesesteak around here. It’s all about the roll. Delicious

Great Location, Friendly Staff, & their App is easy to use for pickup. I really Love #66 Portabella Cheese Steak. The Mushrooms add such great consistency to the sub and taste great with Steak & Cheese.
