I called my pizza order in since the app “ready time” is never right. I was told 45 minutes. At 45 minutes I was told it would be another 20 minutes. No sense of urgency in the kitchen with slow service and people waiting. Then when I get home the pizza was over cooked. I have high hopes for the new Casey’s being built in Dixon. I like their pizza but there are too many options for good pizza in Dixon to waste my time coming back to this one.

We ordered a pizza and showed up a little early to pick it up and told the cashier that we knew we were a little early so it’s fine if we had to wait a bit. She went and told the worker in the kitchen that we were there and he FREAKED OUT. Yelling and complaining about customers showing up early. I’ve never left a negative review for anything but it was very unprofessional and my wife and I were very uncomfortable.

The Casey’s app must have glitched because I tried to place a delivery order (which had FAILED (the app said “Cart not found”)) but after I placed another (successful) order, I was charged for BOTH and was sent TWO order confirmations! Then, when I tried to call the store and cancel one of them like the order confirmation email SAYS TO DO, the rude worker who took their sweet time to pick up the phone told me there was nothing he could do on his end since it’s all delivered through doordash, when I specifically told him I used the Casey’s app to place my order. Now I’m short $70, and stuck with two orders being sent to my home with no way of canceling one since the doordash link does not connect to my personal doordash account. Very poor customer service and a very buggy app.

Ordered on door dash. 2 flavors of ice cream were out. Staff substituted with 2 peanut flavors….we have a nut allergy. I understand they didnt know…but why would you substitute with an allergen?????????

Don’t order for delivery right now! I’m not sure if they have someone new making the pizzas but the last 3 times we’ve ordered, when we get our pizza – it doesn’t look like it was cooked long enough and it’s super cold. Last time we didn’t get our wrap, tried to call multiple times and no one answered for us to either get it/receive a refund. Ordering from other places in town for awhile – hope they fix it soon.

Generally have a good experience here, but today really upset me. I ordered a breakfast pizza and buffalo wings for 7PM. I had arrived early and had told them that i was early, but from the kitchen could be heard the phrase “they ordered it for 7 it will be ready at 7”. When i finally got my food after 7 the pizza was under cooked and runny with the wings being overdone. Thoroughly disappointing.

we waited 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered calmly called a few times no one answered finally someone did and said they weren’t at the store which is weired because it’s a company phone.. any ways had to drive their. On arrival I simply asked hey did you happen to get an order for such name? And the lady said yea we did we were their twice which isn’t true because I was their the whole time. I asked nicely you sure you had the right address she said absolutely had the right address I then said no must of got them mixed up then because you were never their the most rude individual I’ve ever met especially at as a Caseys employee the worst service I’ve ever had she also said to never order from their again because they wouldn’t honor the service absolutely disrespect !! Dixon Illinois about 7:30 745 in case corporate wants to look into it
