Sharing my experience at Dairy queen as a warning. Twice now at DQ once this past Sat and the other was awhile back my husband paid for his order at the window and they did not give him back his debit card. 1st time no big deal got it right away. This last time was awful. He didn’t get it returned about 530 on a sat night we realized it by 830 that night we called and they said it was placed in there safe something to do with the timer on it so we couldn’t get it until Sunday. No big deal I run by Sunday morning expecting to get the card and the kid tells me no actually the safe is broken and they need to hire a lock smith and that this would happen on Monday morning. I left my number and he said he would call. Fast forward a few days no no calls. so I called and nothing. No excuse. I was very kind telling them we need our card and there response was we will venmo you 10$ to get a new debit card so its not a big deal wrong and nope. It is a big deal I want our card and I advised them that 10$ could go towards a lock smith and that I would give them until Saturday which would be SEVEN days which was more than generous on our part for them to figure it out and get our card out of the safe. He promised to call later that day. No calls. I called Saturday before stopping by and thankfully the card was ready. My husband ran in to get his card that they had held hostage for 7 days and was rudely handed his card back as if we had done something wrong and inconvenienced them. No apologies. Nothing. Very poor customer service. We will drive to kearney or north oak to go to DQ from now on. Very disappointing . So just make sure they return the card at the drive through since they have a habit of not!

My son wanted a mint chocolate chip ice cream cake for his birthday! The whole process from ordering to eating was easy and delicious! The person helping me was wonderful. Everyone loved it and it looked amazing. Dairy Queen for the win!

Took my grandson to DQ on Cookingham and he had seen all the ads on tv about “birthday cake cooky dough blizzard”. He was so excited so took him on 7/13 at noon and they said they were out. How could you be out of something that early and secondly, why advertise something if it is NOT available? So disappointed!!! A huge let down!!!!

Stay away from this location. Back on Fathers Day they got our order completely wrong and then today I only ordered ice cream and a drink while my wife ordered food and ice cream. I told them to give my ice cream now but they wanted to wait. They didn’t bring my ice cream with the food so they got mine and theirs. They can’t seem to understand simple instructions.

0 stars, apparently the crew here thinks that theres a such thing as a single flamthrower, i ordered that and a chicken strip basket, no toast or gravy, and they gave me a double bacon cheese burger, even though my receipt said flamethrower on it. Heres the kicker. I go back to get it fixed they go and simply add toast and gravy to the chicken basket, and add flamethrower sauce on the double cheese burger , even after i asked to remake it all fresh because i had to drive 20 minutes to get there. i would highly recommend you dont get food here if you do thoroughly check your bag before leaving. Such incompetent employees, i will never return!
