This is the second time I’ve sat in the parking lot waiting over five minutes for an order made through the app for pick up via drive-thru. I had ordered online 20+ minutes prior, and when I got there, was told to park, while I watched 5, 6, 7 cars get the order they just placed in the drive-thru from the window. This latest instance, I finally drove back around to the window, told them I was the one waiting, and was asked again what I’d ordered. There was zero accountability or apology or even acknowledgement; a silent handing over of a paper bag. When you treat your customers like that, they don’t come back. And some of them will even spread the word.

I have stage 5 kidney failure on my right kidney. I explained to the manager my situation and informed the manager that I will buy something when I come out the bathroom. The manager agreed and told me to go up front and ask for the key. I advised the cashier of my conversation with the manager. The cashier was NOT discrete and embarrassed me in front of the customers. Another patron had to get the key for me. He got the key and handed it to me

We went inside the restaurant and it felt like we were still outside. The first cashier who spoke Spanish was polite and courteous but when I went back for more stuff there was another cashier and I asked her for more fried with no salt and a drink, this other cashier was mean and said you should have said it before you ordered. the older Hispanic lady in the back realized that and she interfered trying to rectify the situation with a smile and a nod of approval. I don’t know what the big deal is if I forgot to say that before I ordered the fires since she has not even touched the fries yet. It did not look like she had to make new fries. She just tossed a bunch of fries in the fryer and that was it!

I walked out cussing the manager. Went to use bathroom first. Locked. Ok go to get key told its for customers only I said I understand like to use restroom and I will order. Was told no there out of order. F this place and B of a manager never been so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. By way I was only potential customer there.. Hopefully place which looked nice and new is a franchise and owner answers on here with contact info. if not hope it fails just horrible manager

Every time I say to my self let me give them another chance , maybe this would be the lucky time I can have a whopper like old days from 20 years ago , and they never disappoint another brick whopper that I ordered ob without onion, the bread was so hard if it fell on floor it would Crack the floor. And then mezzorela sticks you will see the picture I attach to this comment, and one last comment, how can u take care of people when no one can speak English???? Close your doors owner and stop wasting our money for something u can never full fill. It’s only a dream now.

Upon ordering my tacos the counter lady thru them down on the counter. Upon asking for the manager or owner she said no one is available. This employee should be fired as she has always such a bad attitude. I’ve worked in fast food and she wouldn’t stand a chance of being employed with her attitude. Please review the reviews at this location you’ll see the negative reviews are about her!
