Went through the drive through with a pretty large and specific order. My family is very picky and it can obnoxious ordering food. The person taking my order was quick, and got it all perfect. I got to the window and this kid can’t be more than 16. His name was Tyler. Super friendly, worked quick and got everything right. Probably the best fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. Give that boy a raise!

Gross. Every table was filthy. Food chunks and ketchup smeared everywhere. Every single table. 11 people working behind the counter and one spoke English. Food was cold. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the price was decent. I said something and two patrons said “thank you”.

One of the workers that was running food back and forth outside to waiting customers in the drive thru was on a personal phone call, on speaker phone, the entire 20 minutes we were there. Didn’t affect our service but it appeared very unprofessional and, because of this, she didn’t acknowledge any of the customers to whom she was bringing food.

I’ve been going to this location since opening but over the past year their service has drastically declined. Inside, orders are fine, but the drive through is abysmal. There are no steps taken for clarification, no questions asked, they just put the order down. Even when the order shown on the screen is correct, almost every time I have gone through the drive through the order I’m given is wrong. These mistakes can range from the wrong size mixer to an entirely different order altogether. Just today (5/14/2023) I ordered a large cherry lemon ice smoothie and instead got a medium cherry and marshmallow concrete mixer. I know for certain that the screen at the drive through listed the smoothie, and that was what I paid for, but as I was not given a receipt I had no proof.

We did two Culver’s snack packs. Comes with a single patty with all the fixings. Frys extra crispy. Peanut butter caramel concrete mixers small. Everything was made to order exactly like we wanted. It was a perfect lunch. Thank you Culver’s.

The cod sandwich that they advertise on TV did not taste anything like it looks on the commercial. It was really wet and soaked right thru the bun. Not sure if it was grease or water but it was not good. They say it’s flaky in the add but it’s not. The fries were not great either. The only thing that was good was the chili. I would not recommend this place. Also there was hardly anyone in there and it took 15 minutes to get are food. Not good.

I really enjoyed it but the price has increased so much over five years that the double butterburger delux has gone from under 5 dollars to almost 8 dollars. Just too expensive now

My order has been wrong several times. When I ask for a kid’s meal with cheese and a gluten-free bun, the burger and cheese come separately. The cheese is usually stuck to the paper, so I can not even remove it. I have even gotten my order without the hamburger itself. The box was empty!
