Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. This is the third or fourth time I’ve gone or had Door Dash to the location on Getwell in Southaven MS and gotten poor service. The pictures that are attached are what I’ve gotten the last few times I’ve ordered from there. I ordered from there last night because we had a long day. The kids had to party to go to, and I just did not feel like cooking anything. What the order was supposed to be was a double cheeseburger with bacon, an order of fry, and a coke. I got a dry cold single, no bacon and cold fry, and a watery drink because the cup had so much ice in it. I used Door Dash to bring it to the house. The Dasher was fine put when I contacted Door Dash for my refund. Let’s just say I won’t be renewing my account with them in January because of the experience.

Food was good. Drive thru service was not good, despite it not being busy. They rang us up for the wrong order and refunded it. But then we had to wait about 15 minutes to receive two burgers and two fries. This visit took place at about 1:45 pm on a Saturday.

I ordered on the app for curbside. This was my first time at Whataburger. The service was top class and the food: hot, fresh, tasty, good portions. I love that their dipping sauces are good size, so that one is enough. I also love that the onion rings are not sweet like Sonic and that they aren’t greasy. I highly recommend this Whataburger.

This place is clean and expensive. I spent $30 for 2 combos and 2 apple pies. This isn’t a place to feed the entire family unless you absolutely got it to spare. Customer service was great if you order chicken know it’s not going to be like Chick-fil-A big chicken sandwiches, the onion rings isn’t their fresh out the bag. The apples pies were okay no different than McDonald’s.

The food is normal for fast food, not exceptional. Some workers need better customer service skills. I hate to be cut off after every sentence. It would be appreciated to allow the customer to finish their order without interruption. They could take a note from chik- fil- a next door. Otherwise it’s okay- we didn’t wait too long for the food to be given. No line like when they first opened.

Had an ok experience to my first stop at this new Whataburger location. Ordered a patty melt and the food was delivered hot and fresh. Inside of restaurant was kinda dirty, looked a bit rough for a new restaurant. The soda machine inside was out of 3 different drinks before I finally found one that wasn’t all carbonated water with a hint of syrup.

Been here 20 minutes. The drive in hasn’t moved. Unless you count the cars that backed out of line and left. Inside line hasn’t moved either. About 12 people, including my wife. Oh, wait. Two orders have been filled. 3 people left. If I ever get my food maybe I’ll return and rate the food. I already know it’s not worth a 45 minute wait. It’s one of the few places open this late. They just locked the door @ 11:56pm. Guess the crowd is too much. I also see a message printed on the door. “Open 24 hours.” It’s been another 10 minutes and not a single person has their order.

I used to go frequently to this whataburger but no longer will I be visiting. I went there about a month ago to get something quick late at night. I got something that reached the total of about 12 dollars and got to the window. The lady at the register scanned my phone, gave me my food, and told me “have a nice night” , walked away from the window , never returned and did not take my money which I did not realize until I got home. I felt super bad but I didn’t feel like going back over a mistake an EMPLOYEE made. I went back there multiple times after this incident and honestly forgot about it. I came there tonight to get food and was greeted by the lady (who took my order the time of the incident) and a blonde manager who brought up that incident and said my card “declined” last time. I told her that she NEVER was handed a card nor asked for any type of payment that night. Then the other lady told me “An honest person would’ve still paid” but yet you lied to your manager and told her my card declined.. how funny. How is that my fault? I felt extremely uncomfortable and disturbed by the way I was treated tonight over a mistake of an EMPLOYEE. I usually don’t write reviews but I truly feel something should be done about this. On top of that my food is hardly EVER correct or completely missing. Work on training your employees 🙂
