This place needs to be shut down. Service is horrible asking cars to back up to the pole to manipulate time. Then I ordered and was given cold food. Went back to the window and the young lady said”you want your money back”? I said no. She closed the window & cursed under her breathe. Then she pulled me forward and I’ve been waiting 5 additional minutes for fresh food. I called the store and the phone just rang. I’m pretty sure that’s sales, employee morale and everything else is down at this location. Sadly this location. Has the potential to make great sales but I’m sure they are tapping into the potential. Please stop giving customer cold food. I worked for BK for quite some time and the timers are j. Place to combat this. Then you get upset with the customer because they don’t want to spend their hard earned dollar on cold food do better

The MANAGER was working the window, small short haired lady, took my order. I paid for my order then she instructed me to pull around on the other side of the building, I asked for my receipt she said they would bring it out with my order. After a 15 minute wait they brought my order out, no receipt. Went in to get the receipt. The MANAGER smiles at me and says “we can’t do that.” No reason why she clapped her hand together and walked off. On top of that the food was all cold. I definitely will not be back. The MANAGER needs a demotion.

Went this morning for breakfast, drive thru. Short haired lady asked me to back up and pull up to window again……weird. The food was cold and soggy. Horrible experience.

The people working here must hate their jobs. And the management must be desperate for employees because the people “working” are savage, rude, unapologetic. Specifically, the lady taking orders in the drive thru 11/6/22 @9:38 am wouldn’t let me place two orders. Didn’t explain why. But rudely denied me to order again. Said I had to drive all the way around again. When I did there were 2 cars in front of me…the first order they gave me was cold. Had to go around wait behind two cars with cold food at this point just to order again. If I could give this place zero stars I would. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. The passive aggressive tone with customer is a great way to keep business. Glad I’m from out of town so I never have to come here again.
