The Wilder Side
Placed a to go order at the restaurant. It closes at 10 pm hoping to get most of the items we enjoy. It’s a few minutes after 8 pm and there’s some items missing, hopefully it will turn out well. It did!! Mouth watering and taste buds salivating. The Homewrecker Burrito Bowl is amazing! Others in the family weren’t that lucky. Just wished that they didn’t break the items down so soon or don’t replenish them prior to 9 pm.

The manager on 4/08/23 was so unnecessarily bossy to the team of literal kids. She kept flexing that, “I’m the boss” and it was so weird to watch. It’s not that big of a flex to be the manager at Moe’s and to repeatedly say that YOU are the boss to kids who are doing a great job. The entire rest of the staff was amazing! Great food!

If you like veggie wraps this is the place to go . My 2 burritos with queso came out to $30 and had laughable amount of meat on them if I would’ve requested extra meat it would’ve been $2.99 per burrito that’s $40 for 2 burritos with meat. I have been to this Moe’s Southwest Grill location twice. Once to try the bbq burrito which had great flavor, but lacked quantity of each ingredient compared to the traditional Moe’s burrito, assuming you don’t add every single ingredient. Tonight was my second visit, I ordered the food via Uber Eats, and it arrived on time, with swift contactless delivery. I ordered two bowls with chips and salsa. Upon opening my bowls, the first bowl with seasoned rice, pinto beans, white meat chicken, corn pick, guac, cheese, and sour cream. This bowl was quite tasty, packed with the traditional Moe’s flavor. The second bowl (pictured below) has lime cilantro rice, black beans, adobo chicken, cilantro, guac, and pico. As you can see, there is a sever lack of ingredients for a burrito bowl. The rice lacked flavor and the beans were slightly hard, all in all is was a below average meal at Moe’s. All in all, the chips were stuck together, and the salsa was thick and chunky. Nothing like their go-to red salsa.

This location is under new staff since my last visit 6 months ago and definitely a 180 turn around. Staff was very nice and respectful, especially when I kept changing my mind about ingredients. Food was better quality facility was very clean this time and inviting. Definitely recommend revisiting for a better experience if you came here under the conditions of the old staff.

DO NOT RETURN UNTIL UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. This picture is the updated “Homewrecker Burrito” for all the hungry people out there. The burrito was a quarter size of what is used to be and when we called the store to complain, the girl said that ‘per the district manager, their staff was informed to give out less food.’ In addition, the salad bowl that was ordered had barely been filled half way. Overall, worst experience in my life and Chipotle will be seeing me from now on.

Food was good. Bowl did not have enough pico, lettuce, or roasted peppers. Seems like they were stingy on the toppings. Had to come inside for a curbside order. They did not answer the phone until I called about 10 times. Then I just had to go in to retrieve my order.

This moe’s struggles to find people to work. Not sure if there is ownership issues? We love moe’s and understand there is a need for employees but this is just crazy. Other restaurants don’t struggle as much as they do. Maybe corporate needs to step in?
