Ordered a heath blizzard and they argued me up and down that fudge don’t go into a heath blizzard when I know for sure it does I’ve been in the same boat on the other side of the counter and not only that the girl that was the cashier was moving like she’s on coke or some moving too fast for her own tasting !! Training here gots to be horrible … TURN AROUND IF YOU COME HERE!

3/25 Me and my two little kids walked into the restaurant, WASN’T GREETED and when I spoke and looked right at the cashier ( fair skinned girl ZENIAH) with long braids and glasses, she never spoke back, when she looked at me her vibe was off and she said, “are u ready yet” was the FIRST THING SHE SAID, no friendly look, no happy eyes, no greeting! I had the worst experience. The cashier had a vibe that lacked customer service. But the female owner wasn’t any better. The food wasn’t the best. It’s safe to say we will not be back. I just realized that all the responses from the owner to these complaints are the same. That’s horrible for your business. Attitudes, long waits, cold food, and lack of concern is unbelievable. It’s utterly ridiculous and I will not go back period.

I’m craving ice cream but i have to drive to McDonough to get decent customer service. Came in last week at this location you guys had a little boy at the drive thru that has the nastiest attitude about cheese curds, and when I ask for a manager, the manager had a face full of hair beard you couldn’t see his mouth nothing but glasses. Disgusting and not sanitary he raised his voice and told me all young people have attitudes!

The manager in the drive thru explained that they were training someone new. So, that explained why the customer service wasn’t on point, I understood. However. My hubby blizzard was not full to the top like my daughters and I blizzard was. We are dissatisfied and disappointed about that.
