Thanks for the paper in my sandwich that you made wrong to begin with. I ordered a regular bacon egg cheese on a plain bagel and this is what I got??? And to think I actually was considerate and tipped well. That wont happen again. This locations getting worse by the week. Shut it down or train your staff. Update: dont waste your money coming here after noon. The only shift that can get anything right or tasting halfway like a coffee is the morning crew. Got cussed out by some pretty little witch that didnt want to remake my coffee that tasted like it came out of the overflow tray.

This is to the management, get it together.I ordered twice this week in the morning the same items and both were not edible or tasty. Undercooked food is not worth the money or time, you need to train the people on how to get the order right and for sure get the drink accurately prepared as ordered not the way they want to prepare it.Last chance for you and your team.

again dunkin messed up my drink, tasted like old coffee and was not made right. when i went back the guy thats there knows me and knows how to make my ice coffee. He stepped in and fixed the problem without hesitation. To the rude female employee Stop being rude to customers when the mistake was on your part, no need for attitude !! Thank you.
