Firstly, I have never walked into a restaurant and been so heart warmed by the laughter and banter between the staff. It was like being surrounded by family and they pulled us into conversation, making us feel very welcomed and comfortable.

Unfortunately I cannot comment too much on the atmosphere or food due to the rude welcome my husband and I received. We walked in and immediately a staff member eating behind the bar, rudely greeted us with “Just so you know the kitchen is closed” with a mouth full of food. I understand that the days must be long out on the Cape in season but the establishment didn’t close for another hour and fifteen minutes and even if the kitchen was closed there were many other polite ways of conveying that. We will not be going back.

Chatham local here, love this place, the people that own are the best! I’ve been there countless times, not writing a review to talk bad just want to point out that I was there last night and they had an 80s music instead of the usual music that they have on. And I can say it felt so much more alive and people that I knew that went there too that night agreed. You guys are headed in the right direction. See you soon!

Stopped here with a party of 7 and had some really great food. I think they were a little short staffed, but our waitress was clearly hustling, handling multiple tables, and was able to bring us our food within a reasonable amount of time and accurately.

Waiting over half an hour for just our drinks. Food was wrong half the time or just overall subpar. Would not recommend. Ceasar salad had a very fishy taste. We never got checked in on throughout the entire dinner besides from julia. Julia wasn’t our waitress but she was the only one hustling and making sure everyone was happy. Only reason atmosphere didn’t get 1 star is because of her.

My niece and nephew got married last weekend and we had a welcome party at Knots the night before. It was AMAZING! Food, service & fun all 5 stars. Huge shout out to Kellie behind the bar & her specialty drinks, Sophia & Philip for management, Peter for his wonderful attitude, Carlos for his unbelievably yummy and diverse food choices, and Julia, Vasilina, Veronika, Ivan, Nichole, Lasmin & Steven for their hard work! The place was packed and still everyone got great service and had a wonderful time. Thank you all so much! You made customers for life among the crowd!

Well after our last bad experience here, we told ourselves we were never going back, but, since town was too crowded, we caved. BIG MISTAKE!! My husband’s steamers came with no broth (for cleaning) or butter. To make a long story short, the owner (manager) was very rude, took the steamers away and tossed them into the busboy bin that was sitting on a rack behind us. Well, being Chatham residents, we understand that summers can be stressful but, this is the WORST service we have EVER experienced and will NEVER return. It is ashame that someone thinks it’s ok to treat customers, spending hard earned money, like this and it’s sad that this can’t be a reliable, out of the crazy-town kind of place to have a nice meal and take company.
