Today at 9:12pm 8/6/19 ,I Was getting this kind of soda Tropic Berry and a piece of mold came from the and got in my soda so I gave it to the manager at 9:12 in the turn of night. and she didn’t say anything she made the faces of the very disgusting person and throwed away and gave a different cup. She didn’t even check the machine and say “sorry” so didn’t receive any type of justification or apologies. How she wants costumers coming back to her McDonalds. This was so disappointing… my 12 years old doesn’t wanna come back again . Thanks a lot “Manager” Mary

Didn’t actually go into McD’s today. Usually, it’s a bit crowded. But the staff are usually into their jobs. Definitely efficient. But, also friendly and willing to explain things and offer to help. Very courteous. The store, being inside a Super Walmart, may not be pretty, but I am glad they are there!

This McDonald’s franchise inside walmart on valencia and midvale has nothing but a rude older woman with tattoos on her face and is a supervisor who is very unprofessional and will challenge you to fight her if you don’t move your cart rite away. She is an embarrassment to this McDonald’s franchise. I am a small buisness owner and if any of my employees talked to my customers the way this McDonald’s employee talked to me and my family they would be fired on the spot!!!!

Kayla was the person taking orders in the drive thru and she was interrupting me while I was ordering and kept asking is that it? I was so annoyed and I just knew that my order was going to be wrong. I even asked her if she got the last few things I added to my order and I even repeated it back to her. She was talking to someone else while rushing me through my order. Then she was parking a ton of cars up front so there was no room to even pull out of the drive thru line. I had to of course go inside because my order was wrong. At that time they offered me a free caramel frap and she was the person that was supposed to make per the manager asking her to do so. I waited for almost twenty minutes and she hadn’t even started the frap yet. I ended up leaving because I wasn’t going to wait any longer since I had already gotten my food and that wasn’t even part of my order anyway. They were so busy in there but I don’t think the manager that was running the place even realized the line was backed up like that because of her. I think she is a manager there too and she clearly needs to have some more training. Everytime I go there I have a good experience but this time, it was a disaster in there. I could tell the employees were stressed too because they were all trying to do so many things at once. That showed me how much one person can impact the whole crew! Get it together Kayla!

Consistently inconsistent over the decades which has become unacceptable with a $15 minimum wage, rising prices and running out of ketchup packets. Much prefer Culver’s as of late. Good butter burgers…hot and fresh with efficient well trained staff.
