My son and I picked up dinner. There were 4-5 employees working but no one was in the restaurant. We were not greeted when we arrived. One of the employees took our order and immediately went back to what she was doing. Our sandwiches were made very quickly. My son appreciated one of the employees holding the door for him and complemented his shirt. The sandwiches were delicious.

Usually very happy with JJs, but if you can, just skip this one. I’ll start with we have food allergies so we don’t eat out much but the Unwhich fits the restrictions and is a healthier fast food so that’s where we go, Willmar location won’t see me again. I understand my risks when eating out but cross contamination is an industry standard for a reason. The person taking our order was a wonderful youngster trying his best to deal with the person next to him, who sadly was probably a manager. She was trying to take the orders like a server at a table not the person making the food, she constantly asked questions to the man about our order as we were ordering, but please know she was standing next to him could see the computer AND hear our order being made, and had no reason to interrupt this process at this time. I mentioned we have a celiac issue with one of us and to please make her food on a piece of paper not the bare counter, (I don’t know their rules to this but I figured I would make sure before they started) which apparently was wrong of me to do and she then informed me she wasn’t to that part yet while I’m looking at the lettuce to make the Unwhich sitting on the bare counter after she made a regular sandwich. For those who know celiac or allergies, you also know this is cross contamination and can be very harmful. Fast forward but not freaky fast because the ordering process was slaughtered. We now have 3 Unwhiches and wouldn’t you know, every sandwich was wrong. The chips and drinks were lovely. This is my 3rd visit to this location, the order has never been right so I’m not complaining because of one mistake, I tried to see if it got better but not caring about cross contamination and with such disdain for the person who asked while in view of all the patrons is worth saying something about.

We are frequent visitors to this location. Usually not one to complain especially on a review but we have not got what we ordered multiple trips. Very frustrated to order pickles and hot peppers on a sub on MULTIPLE occasions and be let down often after leaving the drive through. Each time the pickles and hot peppers are listed on the receipt, so we know that they are just rushing and overlooking what people are actually ordering. Some of us that order a veggie sub, with cheese pickles and hot peppers do not want to open a sub to just cheese. I have also received a sub with NO meat on a separate occasion and had to walk back in after leaving the drive through. Atleast that time I got the extra toppings….

I visited this Jimmy Johns today just before 4:30pm to pick up supper for my wife and I. I don’t go to Jimmy Johns a whole lot but occasionally I will grab lunch or supper there. This was the first time I used the drive thru. I pulled up to the drive thru and it sounded like a female taking orders said they where closed. I was not sure if that’s what I heard so I asked if they where closed and then a male voice asked me what I wanted. I placed my order for a #1 and a #14. They asked if I wanted cheese on the number 14. I asked if it came with cheese. They said it was optional. What does optional mean? Why didn’t they just say No, it does not come with cheese. I told them sure ill take cheese on it. And I was charged 89c for cheese. I don’t really care about the charge but if they would have told me there’s a charge for cheese I would not have gotten it. The whole time I was in the drive thru the person taking my order kept switching between the female and male voice. It sounded like they where preoccupied and it was a bit difficult to understand them. It was extremely unprofessional and all I wanted was to get a few sandwiches and go home. I pulled up to the window and the a female employee too my payment. Again she was dismissive of me and seemed preoccupied. She shut the window and seemed to be yelling at another employee. I was not sure if they where joking around or being serious. Either way it was very unprofessional. I don’t expect people who work in the restaurant industry to treat customers like they are god. But a little common curtesy can make a huge difference.

Just waited in drive-thru for over 30 minutes. First there was no white bread which is fine, but waiting that long is not! There were 3 guys working and they didn’t seem too concerned about the ridiculous wait. If there was a way to leave the line I would’ve, but unfortunately you’re trapped once you’re in!

Slow service, good sandwiches. Workers took two mins to take my order with only one other person in front of me. Then took another 3 mins to make my sandwich. Not as fast as they advertise. About as fast as any other fast food joint.

Not very happy with my order they forgot 2 of my sandwiches and forgot avocado on one of the sandwiches I did get. Called them and had my other 2 sandwiches delivered but they still forgot my avocado for the one I received first so disappointed in the service. No numbers on the wrappers of the sandwiches. So had to open everyone to figure out which one is which. They gave me a free cookie for the trouble whoopee. Would have rather had a discount on my order. So upset
