I stopped in on my way home. My food was out in less than 15 minutes, super fresh, and best service I’ve gotten at any location. Glad I fueled up here. Stephen took my order and served my table, super nice guy, brightened my night and was really attentive.

Pizza good if you get any ,they seam to make alot of Supreme, pineapple or onion stutt. I ask about a hamburger thin crust when we order, 35 minutes later an got 3 peace. The buffet in my book was not worth it not on a Sunday I’ll save my money and time. Why can’t they just make more of hamburger, pepperoni or sausage, about cheese thin crust

We paid 33 bucks for 2 medium pizzas. Both were burnt. They were so overcooked and dry that you can’t even tell if they put sauce on them.

I was excited when I heard about the Hut buffet coming back to Belton. Upon going not a fan, quality wasn’t there and layout was a bit strange. Upside the staff was great and welcoming.

Not the worst place I have ever been, but not the best, either. Entering the restaurant, it felt like I was greeted by an unpleasant odor. The whole place just didn’t feel all that clean. The pizza was okay, but fairly average. I started to give this place 3 stars but decided to up to 4 because of our waitress/cashier. She was very sweet and served us with a contagiously upbeat personality. She kept our glasses full, without being intrusive at all. So that extra star is due to her.

Pizza hut became faster due to the trained staff that work there overall so now their computer receives online delivery quicker and made on time for dashers to deliver the food the family faster the quality and quantity have increased at this particular Pizza hut as well as production

Well,we wanted to go to a sit down place, have people come to the table, take our pizza order, bring us our drinks, and be waited on. Not at this Pizza Hut. You have to order your pizza at the counter, get bottled drinks out of a cooler, wait for them to make the pizza, and they did bring it to the table. The pizza was hot and it was good. But what happened to be waited on at your table??!! Y’all, a lot of y’all, have taken covid to the extreme. You let it take away customer service. We wanted a sit down pizza place that would wait on us at the table!! And there was no tea, iced tea??!!! The person that waited on us was friendly. So we will keep looking for a good “old fashioned ” pizza place.

The quality of Pizza Hut’s products have gone down significantly. I used to really love Pizza Hut, and now I rarely order from them, especially this location in Belton. The boneless buffalo wings were very poor quality. Just dry nuggets sitting in buffalo sauce. Pizza in the Big Dinner Box was pretty good. I ordered curbside pick up, and since I live right around the corner, I waited until the app showed that my order was ready, and I checked in on the app when I arrived at the curbside parking, but they still took about 9 minutes to bring out my order, and only after I called to let them know I was outside waiting. I paid about $33 and I don’t feel like it was worth that much for the quality. Just my opinion.

Well….I called in and was instantly told two things. I need to put you on-hold because I have complaint. Hmmm, a clue maybe. Several minutes later, they answered the call. I tried to order the same thing I’ve ordered many times (meal deal with square pizzas, wings, breadsticks). The order said they didn’t have the “square pans” so I asked if they would just honor the same thing but with same size circle pizza’s…same volume, same type, same everything. Just change a square to a circle! She said she couldn’t help and General Manager “Edward” would not honor the same pricing either…same thing, just changing a square to a circle. Given all his manager authority, he wasn’t able to ring this despite me politely, but directly informing him this would result in a bad review. He said OK and left it at that. So…be warned fellow consumer.

Very clean. At least we can “dine-in” now. Everything was paper -cups, plates and food in a box but I’m thinking hiring is difficult now so they probably need to eliminate as much work as possible. Was disappointed that the New Yorker Pizza had so few pepperonis since the ad said it was “double” the pepperonis.
