Ridiculous experience. Website wouldn’t let me order at this location so I called. Apparently they have a call center for ordering. She couldn’t help me use points so transferred me directly to the store after I’d given her my order. Since she couldn’t help me use my points I assumed she didn’t put in my order. The store couldn’t help either so I went ahead and ordered with them, at this point I’d been on the phone with them for 20 minutes. I arrived to a man very upset about his 16 pizzas that they didn’t have but he’d already paid over the phone. They finally acknowledged that I was waiting and when they checked there were 2 identical orders for me. I explained what happened and the girl said, “soooo…?” I told her I didn’t want both orders. So when I got home, the garlic knots had leaked all over my car seat and my suede purse. The purse is completely ruined and I’m going to have to get the car seat professionally cleaned to try and get the grease out. When I opened up the pizzas, they were cut so crooked and the pizza was about 1/3 crust. I will definitely not be going to this location again. The manager seemed like he was really trying but there was obviously a huge disconnect with the other employees. P.S. The man’s 16 pizzas were at the incorrect location.

We have probably ordered carry out from this location 25 times since it opened. We used to have horrible experiences with the Whitlock location. Never any issues and the pizza has been hot and fresh.

The food is good the service needs work. I don’t like the fact that most of the employees are pot heads. I’ve been up there before when one of the employees sister came in to pick up her personal order and the sister was drunk and causing problems the employee failed to even attempt to get her under control she didn’t care that her sister was drunk and making customers feel uncomfortable.

I usually order from Whitlock. Since this location opened up , my screen defaulted to closest location without me realizing. Ordered 55.00 worth of food on 4/28. When I got my breadsticks were bloated raw and dry, no taste. The wings tasted off. I asked for a call back through corp no one ever contacted me. Since then others have told me about the bad service at this location!. Don’t need this to be my home location. Will not be back

Ever since my orders got transferred from the Austell location to this one I’ve had nothing but issues with them. First I got the wrong order and it took them two extra hours to deliver the correct one to me. Second one they forgot parts of the order. Management has been helpful in solving these problems but they should not be happening in the first place.

Pizza was so hard, dry, and over-cooked. Super disappointing! Cheesesticks were also very hard and dry. Like the order was left in the warmer for a very long time or something. Also delivery took over an hour for only 1 mile away.
