We online ordered an “Ultimate” Supreme, and “Pretzel Crust” pepperoni. Luckily I checked before I got home, because these are what we got. When I went back the male employee was irritated that I was upset at what I had gotten. They claimed they ran out of peppers, but didn’t call, email or inform me when I got the pizza that they had run out. He claimed that is just how they do pretzel crust pizzas. Finally, he angrily gave me a refund (which is all I wanted, because I wasn’t going to wait for new pizzas). I have already contacted Corporate about this, and would advise all other reviewers to do the same. It is a shame because I never had a bad experience here before tonight.

Ordered a Detroit deep dish pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was good, but the crazy bread was horribly burned, lacked any seasoning AND there was no sauce. I will be calling to complain and get refunded on the 2 pathetic pieces of crazy bread I was able to eat.

This particular location has gone down hill. Our most recent trip, the pizzas had holes in them and something did not taste right with the dough. We contacted Little Caesars customer service through their website, waited two weeks and never received a response. Shame on Little Caesars for not even apologizing for the issue. As such, I will be warning others to not waste their time or money with this location.

Two pizza’s ordered online for pickup. Grandfather went to get since it was due to be picked up at 6:27pm. Got pizza 40 minutes later… brought home one was supposed to be thin crust and it wasn’t nor even the pizza was not fixed right.They told the people in store they were out of thin crust( ?) and when we got home the crust was not done. These pizza’s were paid by my granddaughter as a treat for us and her sister. Wasted her money . But a busy place just not enough help. We probably will not go back .

Always slow never have pizzas ready when they say they will they need to undergo new management and a whole new set of employees. When you get pizzas they’re always undercooked and doughy and the workers are always goofing off. The last time i was here I waited 45 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas while waiting I saw several employees walk in go to the back make their own pizzas and walk out without paying I’m pretty sure they don’t offer their employees to do that, especially when theyre not on the clock!!!! But yet I was the only customer in the store ans waited 45 minutes!!! How does it take 45 minutes for two pizzas when they only have one customer?!

Nothing about this location deserves a single star. Every time I have ordered from here they are at least 40 minutes late with the order, IF they actually get me my order its only right about about half the time. The employees have ignored me for over 15 minutes and only acknowledged me being there after someone else had walked in and they helped them instead. Today i received notification that my pizza was ready and when i got to the store they tell me that they dont have any of the pizza i had ordered and asked me what i wanted. I said id be fine with a regular pepperoni and they said one was on the way out of the oven. After about 5 minutes of them standing around i took a look at the oven and there wasnt even a pizza in it. After wasting my entire lunch break waiting on a pizza that never came i had to leave the store with nothing. Even the corporate office won’t respond about complaints from this location, I guess even they know this place is a lost cause. At this point just stay away from the store, they cant get orders right and just take your money. Ill be getting in contact with the BBB and filing an official complaint.

I order a large supreme pizza and a 2 litter od Pepsi and got a phone call back saying they didn’t have any vegetable to put on my pizza. And they would give me 2 of the 2 box in the box pizza for free and gave me a 20 Oz soda!!! I’ve tried calling back for 3 days and all I get is answer machine. THE WORST PIZZA IN THE VALLEY NO EMPLOYEES ALL LAZY!!

Never order delivery through Little Ceasars. They do not advertise this on the website but their delivery orders are fulfilled by Doordash. So if something is wrong or missing from your order. Your only going to get a 50% credit to your order. And that’s 50% of the order total, you get nothing credited back for tip or delivery fee.

I’d give zero if it would let me. We ordered online to pick up in the drive-thru. What we saw was so disgusting, we left and did not take our order. There were big globs of dough in the floor. Globs big enough it would take two hands to pick up. Employees stepping around it. Conditions were unsanitary, at best, and they didn’t seem to care.
