One thing that I have noticed recently about Panda Express and I have tried 2 different locations that I’ve been to both the 1 in Hampton and 1 and Aurora I have seen that they have reduced amount of meat that they give they usually would fill up my whole plate with whatever meat. I chose whether Orange chicken or was paging B. For whatever I would take and they would give a pretty good amount of noodles and rice right now. This has switched, and I think the amount of rice and noodles are not enough. With the meat so I’m not really satisfied about that. So, for example, I would get a bigger plate, which I would get half rice half noodles and my choice of meat and usually. My meat amount was so much, and my noodles and rice were so little that I wasn’t able to have the combination of 2 of them together, and this time, it was a switch. I had more noodles and rice instead of the meat, so I don’t know. Is that a new thing, or should I order extra and pay an extra amount for the meat? So I wasn’t satisfied about that and I was curious about it. They aren’t giving enough amounts that can cover both the meat portion and then what else or rice portion. Otherwise, the staff were friendly? OK, not so super huge welcoming, but they were OK they were pretty nice, and I feel the quality of the food has kind of come down. Maybe it’s just my taste, but I feel like a couple of months ago when I was getting Panda Express. I felt the materials were fresh and they would stay a little bit longer even if I had a for lunch or dinner but recently I have seen that they. Go bad pretty fast. So, I wanted to share that with you guys. Otherwise, the taste is good. I like the new sesame chicken they have brought, and yeah, thank you for looking at my comment. I hope you guys will have a great experience next time you’re at Panda Express.

Dry chow mein, soggy orange chicken and very soggy sweet fire chicken. Warm bottle of coke and a very stale fortune cookie.

Might as well pay for a bowl because they give you the same amount of food in a plate. I always get fried rice and double orange and the rice is filled up halfway and I’ve gotten like 9 pieces of orange chicken. The lady working was very fast with a line of like five people but only fast because she doesn’t give correct portions. Asked for soy sauce for 35 dollars worth of food and she gave me one packet. Go to a different panda or you’ll not get what you pay for. I think I should get sauce packets paying as much as I do. Panda is stingy with it.

I was happy that they had the veggies all ready to go instead of having to wait at other Pandas for them to make them. They were ready for guests wanting healthier options. I was a little sad that they didn’t have any wantons ready to go. The only real negative is that I feel the other Pandas give you more food when they fill the container and here it seemed like the girl on the line was only giving partial servings.

The food wasn’t fresh at all. The vegetables were wilted and they still just cooked an served them. You could tell and the taste was terrible. I like panda express but this location tastes nothing like the other food chains. Customer service was also terrible I will not return or recommend anyone to eat at this location. The beef to broccoli ratio was wrong it should’ve been called broccoli with beef bits!!!! smh. 2 thumbs down

It doesn’t matter if it’s 10:30 AM or 8:40 PM there is no excuse for not having menu items ready. Every time I come in y’all are preparing something and need time or ran out because it’s almost close. Honor your store times and have items available or close shop.

Showed up to this location 40minutes before closing and they were out of food. The staff said they will not make more… 40 minutes before closing. Why does this place even open?

Food is hit or miss if it’s been sitting there a while or if it’s fresh

Charged me for a bigger plate when I clearly stated I just wanted a plate than proceeded to only give me one entree missing two whole entree basically because the employee Katherine C. Over charged me. First and last time at this location I will stick to the one by house in Greenwood Village. Also they won’t even answer the phone to give me a refund super unprofessional.
