Just left this place. We drove down from Baltimore and needed a quick bite so why not Chipotles? Nobody came to the counter to help us. When I asked if they were still taking orders, the guy got really rude for no reason. So We left! My money is a privilege not a necessity.

I got a burrito bowl. The portions are good. The Chicken al pastor had a good flavor. The barbacoa was cooked well. I wish the chips weren’t stale. That would have went really well with the bowl. Prompt service, no wait when I came in.

Probably the most disappointing chipotle I’ve ever been to. Service is extremely slow – takes 10 minutes to get through 5 people. Ordering online isn’t much better either. Even if you ask for extra fillings they won’t and will often give you even less. Always out of chips which the app doesn’t tell you. And if you order chips and they are out they won’t bother telling you when you pick up your order unless you ask. So clearly a lot of personal beef with this place but also just generally poor service.

If I could give 0, I would. I got food poisoned from this place twice. The taste of chicken differs day by day. My wife found a hair in her meal last time. One of the worst restaurant in the area. I am never eating Chipotle again because of this specific branch.

Ordered large chips and guac. Paid a little over $9 and this is how much chips I was given. I had already paid before I saw the bag and when I questioned it. They told me this was the “large”. Disappointing.

Very disappointed this evening, the rude young man at the front of the assembly line, informed me that there was no salad dressing! I just left, to never return to this location. Not only do they have rude folks working there, but they don’t have salad dressing!

Fast service for sure. Don’t keep the toppings area dirty, while sliding and wiping off other customers orders. It’s unsettling to watch. Had to advise to wipe off counter before sliding my meal through toppings. Charged me for a side of Tomato / Corn / Sour Cream. Since when did Chipotle start charging for toppings other than Guac. Charged me Large Chips and never gave me anything.

The food is typical for a Chipotle, but it feels like management is doing everything they can to cram as many customers into the same tiny space as they can. Despite having a shelf for pickup orders, they don’t use it, so you need to talk to staff at the counter. But all staff have other jobs. Get more than 3 folks there for pickup and a few ordering at the counter and you have to choose between being assertive to get someone’s attention or giving folks around you space. Just use the shelf to cut some chaos.
