The food was very good, delicious sauces on the orange beef and my pad Thai was phenomenal, even the leftovers I took home. However the service was awful. My brother got his food 25 minutes before we did and my sisters boyfriends food came out 45 minutes after we ordered it and everyone else had eaten. We had seen two other orders of orange chicken go out to different tables and were left wondering where his was. The server never came over to check on us and just plopped his dinner into the table when we had to ask her where it was. The table next to us that came in later, received their food before we even had our two pupu platters, which we had to ask for and saw the server even go up and talk to kitchen about, the finished their entire dinner before the orange chicken came out.

45 minutes for food to arrive for a sit-in dinner. Granted the food was good quality but portions were average, not ‘generous’ as some people write… especially for the high prices. The waitress insisted to not write down our order and then forgot to place the order for one of the dishes.Always uncomfortable eating while your companions are waiting on their food! Menu prices on the table were incorrect and I was charged the higher price in the updated take-away menu. I did get the difference back but only after insisting on it.

Chinese fast food YUCK! But this you have to try..Such a surprise how good this is, and nice prices. This was recommended to me, and I loved it, so did my picky husband. This replaced our favorite Chinese restaurant, this mom and pop place is awesome.

If I could give 0 stars, I would, mainly for customer service. Today was the worst service I have ever received coming here. Today, I ordered food for me and my coworkers and was given a time frame of 20 minutes for delivery. Seeing as there was 4 of us, it was quite a bit of food. 45 minutes later, I’m starting to lose my patience, so I call and ask where our delivery is. Lucky for them, I was at work only 5 minutes away, in the same shopping complex. When I called they said that our food was ready, and they were just waiting on a driver to return to the store. Okay, fine. We wait another 15 minutes and FINALLY receive our food. Come to find out, the order is wrong!!!! Now, I’ve worked in the food industry before so I know that after food leaves your sight, it becomes contaminated and you can no longer take it back, so I throw out the sweet and sour chicken. I call AGAIN and tell them that the order was wrong, that I ordered sesame chicken. Not sweet and sour! So, as expected, they bring me the right order, but demand that I go and pull the food out of the trash. That they need proof that we are not “hoeing” them. I kid you not. This came out of his mouth, in my place of work. Where there are children!! Not wanting to cause I scene I go and dig in our garbage out back, and he takes the food! Later, I went down there and asked to speak to an owner or manager, and was rudely told that they didn’t have one.

Experienced several significant issues with our order – ranging from inconvenience to downright dangerous. Ordering from delivery menu, we called and made our selections. I had already calculated the price from the menu and the total I was given was around $10 more than I had calculated (and having compared the prices of the menu I had received a week ago versus the one attached to the delivery, they were the same), we were not given a receipt upon delivery so I am not able to see where the discrepancy is. Second, the delivery took a little over an hour… Which isn’t a huge deal, it was a longer wait time than the norm. I ordered a seafood soup, as I am pescatarian, and the “seafood soup” is actually boiled chicken and a few shrimp, so I was unable to eat this portion of the order. Last, my husband ordered a chicken dish, which while there is a warning that it is spicy, nowhere was it written that it contained peanuts – to which my husband has an allergy. Needless to say, we are EXTREMELY disappointed and will not be ordering from this establishment in the future.

Tasteless food. Ended up throwing it out. Ordered the Walnut shrimp, there was not even ONE walnut AND it was sweeter than cake! The Generals Chicken was bland at best, and the lo mein? Gastly! I took one bite and threw it away. I’m so sad as I was excited to have a place that delivers. They had left a menu in our mailbox so I thought let’s give it a try! NEVER NEVER NEVER again. Yuck. The chef has the worst pallet I have ever encountered. I KNOW what great food tastes like and this is nowhere close to it.

Every pupu platter I have ever ordered has looked like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp… until this place. They have the hottest, freshest, most reasonably priced Chinese food I’ve had in all my forty years… I don’t give reviews, but this one deserved one!

Terrible business – they flyer properties and litter the grounds with menus. I called to complain and the “manager” Lisa hung up on me after telling me that they don’t flyer properties. She also asked if I was calling from Dominion so they have obviously had complaints before about the same issue. There are several much better Chinese options in town, stay away from here! They have no respect for the environment or cleanliness of communities.
