Came here 5/11 at 8:28. They refused to serve us because it’s 30 minutes before closing. We wanted to take out some food. I think it’s possible to do 2 sandwiches in 30 minutes. So disappointing.

I come in today. Get greated. All is great. The employees and manager are entangled in a conversation about why the managers mom named her Ally like the Alligator. Then they take the convo in the back room. I am just standing there for 5 minutes. They young lady comes out to take order and keeps messing. Then rolling her eyes at me. Then messes up more. Then they messed up my girlfriend’s order. And the messed up the three people waiting food. They gave them an extra sub free. The male could not figure out how to make my salad. The manager had to come do it. The young lady is just circling doing nothing. The manager makes me the worse salad. And the guy mad my woman’s sub with the wrong ingredients. May not ranch. We didn’t want to complain. Because we can’t see them remake the food. And the maturity level is low here.

That’s probably the worst fire house experience I’ve ever had which is sad considering this was one of the original first fire house sub locations. I walked in with my 70-year-old father who needed to eat immediately and the manager was explaining to another manager how to close out a drawer while we stood there in front of the register waiting for them to finish so we could order, that is really bad customer service and I am shocked that the manager of the store is allowed to get this bad.

The food is good but the employees are always a bit disgruntled. Make sure you check for your pickle spear before you leave the resturant because sometimes they forget it with your order.

Waiting on my sandwich now. Guy was rude when taking my order and cut me off every time I tried to speak and ended up not letting me finish telling him how I wanted my sub before he completed the order and printed the ticket . Dirty floors light fixtures above food were filthy. Guy slammed good on counter. Will try a different location
