If I could give them no stars I would. We paid for food we didn’t get, a wing in a two piece meal was unidentifiable. Since when did the meals start coming with one side? We can’t believe how many of the fast food places in this area are able to stay open, it takes 30-45 min. To place an order and then you finally make it to the window to pay and they tell you to pull forward after you pay and you might spend another 30 min. Waiting. My fast food days are just about over!

First how you going to make someone wait 20 mins for biscuits and still not put them in the bag. you know I was forced to have a family meal with everyone cause they said they haven’t seen me for a week. All I asked was do they have biscuits cause I don’t like your chicken on a bone.. so not only did you make my friends roommates wait for biscuits, you had me disappointed walked all the way up stairs to no dam biscuits. I hope whoever ate them chokes on them, but apparently yall biscuits are dry coming from one of the kids. But I wouldn’t know cause I didn’t get to taste them.

been here a few times, all the experiences were awful. once they charged me $20 for five tenders? and when I looked online at the price on the menu it was much less than that. i also went through the drive through and asked for a pot pie, and they gave me a KFC chicken bowl instead of just telling me they were out. Attended this kfc on 8/29/2021 at 8pm our food has Luke warm, hard, and half there. When I called and asked for a manager the managers responce was “our food can’t be cold it’s kept in warmers” I asked that the food be replaced as it was cold, hard and half there. I could resolve this with him or call corporate it was up to him. He said I could call back and speak with the GM tomorrow. I asked for his name and the managers name and he hung up on me. I’ve tried to ca back with no answer. Please fire this man as he clearly has no business in a leadership role.

$48.00)( spent today at kfc, I ordered an #11 tender combo. 3 chicken breast, 2 chicken sandwich and more! All but our breast were hot #11 taste as it’s been sitting for hours and warm. Nothing we had was worth the visit. Very sad since it’s been a long time since my family has eating here. The service at the drive thru was also bad after I said one thing as I was talking he would say is that all in the middle of me talking.

Great staff team and great customer service experience with our food and treated like customers on Wednesday at 3:30 pm 4pm a Manger was complaining about how a other staff member left the store to me that is unpleasant and not right for gust to talk about it none stop me my grandmother kept on looking at the order counter and we were not happy about the she handled the issue I felt bad for the employee working that day

They do not listen. I am pregnant and I love their bowls but I cannot stomach corn. 3 times in two weeks my husband has gone to grt me a famous bowl and asked for no corn and they still put corn in it. I can understand once but every single time. That’s just being lazy and rude to your customers.
