Went through the drive through. First off we waited in line 20 minutes. Everyone gets busy whatever. We put in an online order and had another separate order for the other person in the car. When we got to the speaker we had to wait another couple minutes and they took our order. We pulled up to the window and they handed us our bag we looked and we were missing our bk crispy chicken sandwich. When we said something they said “we threw in an extra snack wrap” which wasn’t even comparable to an almost $9 crispy chicken sandwich so I asked for a burger instead. Do better. They didn’t even say anything about the replacement either. Just handed us our bag.

So I downloaded the app. And order BOGO free Whopper. I. Was struggling with the app the manger was hustling around busy. I told the manager the issue I was having with the app. She agreed with me that the app is horrible. I gave a number but the cashier needed another number but she nor I could figure it out. So I asked her can you put 2 in and ask the manager void one. I apologized for the inconvenience. The cashier called the manager over and told her the situation. The manager comes to me and says you have to figure that app out on your phone. I was taken back by the audacity speaking to a customer. Mind you I have been totally respectful and never raised my voice and even feeling bad and apologizing for the headache and holding up the cashier. The staff already made my order. As I was in disbelief of management attitude and demeanor, the manager asked me so you going to purchase the two Whopper’s or not? At this point I was so upset I politely said no, mam. She was like psst whatever, just walked away from the counter. I walked out thinking never again. I have always been a die hard Whopper man. Never again, the company lost a customer for life. If companies expect customers to act right and restrict the attitude at the door and show employees respect. Well the same goes for employees especially morning shift manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EAT AT!

Well they screwd up order asked for it to plain & so much sauce. Had to go back. Then we realized we didn’t get our sundaes I call take my address & still nothing. The manager had his hair picked out…really! Wear was the hair net or hat….nope none. Worse service ever!! Hair must be up in the food industry..oh yah never got a refund or a coupon for my sundaes yet

Haven’t been to Burger King in a long time. So I went. Gross! Before ordering I used rest room, filthy disgusting. Then I ordered a Whopper meal. Fries and soda was fine, the Whopper was gross, bun was as if someone dipped it in water. Burger when I opened package bun was only half way over Burger. Very little lettuce if any, one pickle, no onions. The Whopper use to be awesome. Never again will I go to this Burger King. Employees were more concerned with talking than seeing that customer was satified.

People in the food service and prep areas out of uniform (sleeveless shirt and no gloves) touching food surfaces, themselves, and food items. I can only imagine what else happens. Health inspector might want to make a unannounced visit (check their cams while there) I’m sure based on some of these other reviews you will find something worse than this there too.

I had a Uber eats pickup at 10:30 pm and the store supposed to be closed at 11:00 pm but it was already closed when I’ve arrived. Why don’t you just permanently shutdown when you don’t have any business tho I haven’t seen your restaurant gets busy at all.

Did NOT care for their service! Ride on the phone, I had asked for a rodeo chicken burger and somehow no one said during the drive thru that they didn’t have that. Got home had a burger with just sauce and onion rings? No bacon no cheese n no mayo. When I called I had asked if they had a chicken burger they told me no but when I had looked up their own menu it states rodeo chicken sandwich? I didn’t know I had to say sandwich and not burger. I had called to talk to someone and that lady was rude on the phone basically telling me I was wrong for what I had said and what they put in the bag was correct. $30 for everything was a waste of time. Never again!
