It’s a very nice restaurant. Dark snd cozy but very big on the inside. The booth that you are guided to makes you feel ss if you are the only one in the restaurant. Our waitress waited on us, hand and foot. It’s really good to go to a restaurant that has plenty of staff to take care of customer’s needs that way. It was our 2nd visit. The first visit was back in 2015, so my husband and 13 year old son didn’t remember a thing. Our waitress was sure to enlighten us on everything we needed to know about the meats, sauces, veggie items, cooking techniques, etc… The menu is very easy to read and gets straight to the point. There’s a variety of meat items to choose from, as well as vegetarian options. The food was superb! I definitely recommend this place for any occasion!

Except for the restrooms, and the “appeared” disorientation of the host persons, I would’ve given a 5 star review. The food is WONDERFUL! Given that fact that you will be doing a bit of your own cooking, the interaction of the wait-staff is pleasing and comforting. Referencing the hosts, they could show a bit more empathy for those waiting; however, it seems to be an issue with the technology, that tracks the table occupancy. Looking for the newly opened tables, the hosts continually grab a clipboard and run the building. One would think this could be improved to allow the staff to focus on the customers, not constantly running around and leaving the podium unattended.

I really enjoyed this place. The food was delicious! I was worried at first due to having to cook my food but I’m sooooo glad I did it! The salmon was very tasty. I would recommend that and the seasoned chicken. I would go here again. You have to make a reservation. It’s rare to get in as a walk in. That just shows how popular it is!

My wife and I came here for the first time and it was a really nice time. The atmosphere was cozy and the seating arrangements allowed for a private night out for dinner. Setting up an appointment was easy and the time slots available were all good times to choose from. Our server was very polite and gave us a great rundown of the menu and was an easy person to talk to while he set everything up. We will definitely be back again and we already have ideas on what we’ll be eating next time.

I took my family out to eat, as we don’t eat out very often, and it was amazing! The server was super cool and helpful. I’ve eaten at a Melting Pot before, but my family hadn’t, and it was really nice being able to take them here and have a great experience. We ordered the Full Fondue Experience, and there was lots of food, and we all left VERY full. Can’t wait to visit again to try something different.

We dined here after searching online for fine dining in the Virginia Beach area for my daughter’s birthday. It’s definitely a whole experience. I enjoy fresh, whole foods. You can’t get any fresher than cooking it at your very own table. The atmosphere was dimly lit and quiet, and our server was top notch and friendly. It is evident that they take pride in what they do… from the freshest cuts of meat, fruits and veggies; to the vitality of the drinks; the variety; and even the excellence in service.

I brought my 2 sisters and daughter here for a lil something different on our usual girls night out. Again, this place Never Disappoints! Service was Great. Food Was Great! Restaurant was clean! Bathrooms were clean! Overall GREAT NIGHT & A GREAT TIME WAS HAD! We enjoyed ourselves as ALWAYS. Great experience for us. Love our sister bonding times together and this was the right place for us to laugh, and have a great time.
