Great food. Excellent service. Wait staff was very helpful and managers are friendly. We eat at Ashburn Bertucci’s at least once a month; often more than once a month. We made it point to get to know the staff and become regulars. The amount of food is very generous -sometimes we split the entree. Desserts are wonderful. Sometimes service is a reflection of those being served. We love Ashburn Bertucci’s.

If you are a food lover I would recommend this place. Lots of choices and food was more than enough for us. I would prefer going in a group so everyone gets a taste of many things. Very neat and clean place.

My family and I arrived and they seated us without any issues. Then 5mins went by without any service. Then 10 mins. Then 15 mins. After 20 minutes without anybody even serving us a glass of water or identifying themself as our wait staff, we just up and left. Service is THE WORST. There are far better options in Ashburn than this dump.

Waited 9 minutes all servers and employees saw us standing waiting to be seated and no one would acknowledge our presence. It was lunch and not even crowded or anyone else waiting. Eventually we walked out. Worst service ever, very unprofessional.
