The food is so much better and consistent under new management, and the staff is also much better. My only complaint is every single time we come here they are out of several items, and it’s not posited anywhere they are out. I understand supply chains aren’t what they used to be, but I think they need to make adjustments to order quantities and also post if they are out of something, it would be far less frustrating.

Where do I start. When we drove in at 9pm, the main Sonic sign was half lit. When we pulled into a stall to order, the video screen wasn’t working. Neither were half of the other ones. The person taking our order couldn’t understand us and it had to be repeated 3 times. They then informed us the shake machine was out of order. Lastly, we waited 10 minutes to get a strawberry limeade and a blast. Oh, did I forget to mention that there were only 2 other cars there.

I had an awful experience coming here. My friends and I stopped here on our way back from vacation and we needed a quick drink. We tried to use our sonic app, but it was down. We resorted to pressing the red button, in which they told us we only could pay with cash because all of their card readers were down. We then gathered our cash to order our food. We ordered 3 drinks and some snacks. It took 20 minutes to come out. I’m not sure if it was a rough patch in their business day and nothing was working, but it was very frustrating. We have come here times before and our drinks took a lot longer than needed to come. Most of their stall machines also were not working. A quick stop at sonic turned into a 30 minutes ridiculous ordeal that ruined our moods.

This Sonic has seen much improvement after the latest ownership. There is friendly and caring staff who genuinely care about service. I read these negative reviews and I can see that these “out of stock” items are due to supply issues, which are out of their control. I have also seen negative reviews about long wait times, this is most likely due to the fact that they are understaffed, so please be patient. The teenagers that work here are very helpful and do not deserve to be treated harshly like how I have seen. Thank you new management for turning this place around, it really needed it! Keep up the good work.

Had to eat here in a pinch. Paid extra for a lemonade, and got some concoction of sprite and sweet lime juice. Had to send it back, it was so nasty. The burger was ok at best.

Went here to eat last night around 8 pm. ordered chicken strips “out of this” ordered pop corn chicken”out of this ” out of chicken? Wow, well done management on keeping a well stocked Sonic ! Wow, I just looked thru reviews a lot of negative reviews . Why? What’s the common denominator?

Just stopped by this location on the way through town. There wasn’t anyone in the parking lot. Our 1st impression was the locals know… We’ll to our pleasant surprise our food was fresh and hot!!! If I could go back, I’d shake Mr Britain’s hand for treating us right!!! Thanks for the hot meal!!!

It took 5 minutes to even place our order after pressing the button, then another 15 for our order. The oreo blast my husband ordered was 3/4 vanilla ice cream with nothing mixed into it and they gave us the wrong sides for my kids meals. But the real cherry on top of our bad visit was an employee chasing a rat along the sidewalk of the building and underneath our car, where it stayed until we drove off. Then it ran up by the building again.
