Absolutely terrible service. We arrived at 6:20 pm on Saturday evening, there were 3 people in the dining room. We ordered and waited 25 minutes and finally asked where our food was.. they told us “it’s going to be a while”… unbelievable for fast food. When we got our food about 5 minutes later (30 minutes wait time), one of our entrees (zax 4 finger meal) had chicken that looked like it had been sitting out a while and cut up for a salad, but thrown into the box.

I arrived here around 7:20pm on a Friday evening to get some dinner for a friend and I. I placed the order via the app in the parking lot before going inside. We both got the big Zax snack meal with fries and bbq sauce. I got a large fry and extra seasoning, however.

Drove all the way from Reidsville yesterday for a zaxby salad, I used to get them all the time when I lived in Greensboro. However last night when I got home I opened my salad and there was almost no chicken, it looked like 1 single small piece of chicken cut up. I hate writing horrible reviews because people work so hard. This particular location I’ve just completely given up on. I prefer coming here because it’s closer but I’d rather just take the 20mins drive and know what I ordered is right and I don’t have to wait for long periods of time. Every time I’ve came here my order was wrong, I pay for extra sauce I get no sauce at all, my food is thrown in the box and all mixed up together, I’ve wait for a long time and my food gets to me wrong and cold. I’ve worked on food service so I think I’m a little more patient and understanding because it can be a bit intense sometimes and people can be annoying, demanding, and flat out rude for no reason. But no matter if there’s multiple cars in line or it’s just me it’s always something. Yesterday I came to simply get a chicken sandwich. I waited patiently and noticed other cars were waiting as well. A lady gets out of her car yelling her order is messed up again. So I kind of knew it wasn’t going to be a great experience yet again. I waited 25-30mins while watching everyone pull up and leave while I’m still waiting on a simple sandwich. I ended up just leaving without my food because I was just so frustrated. That was the last straw for me. Hopefully they get a more mature staff will understand the importance of giving good customer service because this isn’t the group for it.

The staff at this Zaxby’s are unprofessional and do not take your orders seriously. It seems like they like to fool around and laugh too much instead of focusing on providing good customer service. I ordered for a number two instead they gave me a number one. It is like they do not take their job seriously. I never get any utensils with my orders even when I order something that requires a utensil. A number two come with coleslaw they even forgot to give me that.They are unprofessional and offer poor customer service.

This location has really gone downhill. Used to get exactly what I asked for and now the employees don’t even listen when taking your order over the speaker. Asked for 2 4 finger plates with different drinks and they thought I just changed my drink selection. Also asked for 2 extra Zax sauces and only received one sauce for the entire order instead of the 4 I should have been given. Get these people some training or new management because they don’t know what they’re doing.

They swiped my card for someone elses order and didnt say anything to me about it. I found out when I checked my bank account and saw the second charge. Highly unprofessional. It was only a few dollars so its not the end of the world, but the whole ordeal is just unprofessional. I expect better.
