my husband and I started coming to this dunkin after we were unhappy with our service at multiple Dunkins in Phillipsburg. we ordered two caramel iced coffees with cream and sugar and snackin bacon. neither one of our coffees were mixed, it seemed like they just put the ice and the coffee in the cup with little effort and handed it to us. the caramel was stuck on the bottom but we received sippy lids so we couldn’t mix anything. our bacon was cold even after we had to repeat our order twice because the employees prefer to have conversations with each other rather than listen to the orders. we received one order instead of two even after repeating ourselves. very disappointed in the service 3/10.

This is by far my favorite DD I wait until Stewartsville every morning for my coffee because 2 out of 3 Phillipsburg locations have very rude and NASTY staff. The 2 girls that work in the morning in the Stewartsville DD are always courteous, polite, and they pay attention to each of their customers. One morning I changed up my coffee a little and the one girl noticed and asked when I started drinking it that way. If I could tip them in the app I would. Big plus they never try to give me burnt coffee, or hot coffee with ice in it when I order ice coffee. I hate when the other DD locations do that when they mess up.

It’s literally right down the street from my house is the one and only reason why I go here.. I’d rather travel another 10 minutes down route 57 and grab a coffee beverage from the Washington spot where they also make their donuts fresh and ready to go! The Washington Dunkin Donuts trumps all! I wouldn’t go to this in-review Dunkin Donuts if there were another store that was located closer to my home. Mainly because it’s a free for all being that they are so slow and for the fact that I was told by staff that their donuts come I boxes frozen and that when a customer orders said donuts they have to re-heat them.. in the microwave! Plus, this Dunkin Donuts is located in a spot that is barely seen or noticed by the passing cars that carry potential customers. It’s almost as if they don’t want to be seen; like it’s sole purpose for even being open is for the local residents that live close by. Being that it’s an awkward Dunkin Donuts and being that I’m not a huge fan in my opinion.. I’d recommend traveling another 10 minutes into town and grabbing Coffee and Donuts there unless of course, you’re jonesing for a pick me up and NEED caffeine then it’d be ideal and of convenience. That’s if you weren’t to pass it on your way etc.. The staff is cool I must say. I always do tip the staff because I feel bad that they are a super slow store with not much to go on.

I was here on Wednesday, 9/29/21 and was amazed at how pleasant and friendly the two young people were working as I went through the drive through. While I do generally leave my change as a tip through a drive through, I felt the need to compliment the 2 of them on how pleasant they were, I gave them a tip larger than I normally do at a drive through. Later that day, I stopped at another DD (no I don’t generally go this often) and the people working there were not only not friendly, but were rude. It made me wish I had given the ones at the first one I went through even a larger tip!!!!! Thank you for being kind.
