I ordered on door dash. I paid a dollar extra for extra cheese on my cheese tots and got the bare minimum and the tots were extremely stale but they were loaded in onion(raw onion makes my mouth itch). I also ordered the jumbo Buffalo chicken and there was just dribbles of sauce 10/10 I don’t recommend.

Ordered 4 meals, after waiting 30 minutes for our food, 3 meals out of 4 were incorrectly. When handed our drinks in the drink carrier, 2 of the lids were not on and spilt all in my lap and on my seats. Absolutely rude customer service and the chicken tenders were certainly UNDER COOKED! Worse service all the way around!!!!

Personal experience a few days ago: was doing a doordash order and one of the the employees came to to me and it was a boy and gave me the order requested. Then said I was “kinda cute” and asked for my number and Made me very uncomfortable.. whenever I go there he still asks for it and tryings to keep conversation whenever I have to leave for an order. Some of my friends also are uncomfortable and complain about is at well.. I talked to the manager and was told that the boy employee does that to a lot of girls.. please make sure this gets resolved. Can’t go to sonic without feeling uncomfortable..

We waited 50 MINUTES for SHAKES because we were ASSURED we would get our order. This is NOT the first time this has happened at this Sonic in Millbrook, AL. We were told the employees were having a hard time hearing on their speaker but apparently this has been an ongoing problem from one of the employees but yet nobody has bothered to have the thing fixed!! ♀️ Cars lined up all around the the Drive-In line.

Placed a mobile order and attempted to go through the drive through. After waiting in line and the lady repeating the name on my order back to me I’m told I can’t be served at the window and to go to stall 1 or 2 where I have been waiting now for 45 minutes for a coney, tots, and a drink.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went through the stalls at 4:05pm on 05/07/2023, I first pulled into stall #7, sat there for 10 minutes before I decided to move stalls because nobody had answered the headset. I moved to stall #8, and sat there for ANOTHER 10 minutes. At this point, I’m getting slightly upset, so I pull into the drive-thru. Upon getting to the drive-thru, I sat there for another 5 minutes before they took my order, and there was mass confusion as to what an Ocean Water slush was. Beyond all of the waiting, I finally get to the window. I did not know what the total cost was at the time because it was not said at the speaker, so I did not know if I would be paying with card or cash. I get the payment out not even 2 seconds after the total was stated, and prepared to hand it to the person working the drive-thru. However, they were no longer at the window. Waiting again, I was told by the person at the window “Let’s be prepared to pay next time.” This is not acceptable, and it’s really funny because I was waiting for over 25 minutes to order. I was ready to pay, almost immediately after I was told my price. There was nobody in the line behind me, so I’m confused as to where the rush was. This person had extremely long, glue on finger nails.. no gloves.. hair that was longer than the shoulders and not tied up.. etc which is against Sonic’s protocol (I would know, I used to work there less than a year ago.) I do not appreciate the rudeness from this Sonic’s employee’s, and among calling the store’s manager only to be dismissed. I will NOT be going back to this location EVER again.

Placed an order ahead of time only to get there, wait 10 minutes to get the wrong order. I ordered a medium and a mini, and got two minis. Then the lady said she would make another mini to replace the medium bc it gives more? Then came back with a small? I just want what I ordered and paid for. Waited 20 something minutes to get the wrong order. Shakes had huge holes in the middle.

The girls that bring the food out are always just super sweet and kind. But then, then you have the ones who say *Eff this customers 19 cent they paid for tomato, because , I CAN’T FOLLOW DIRECTLY * sure it’s just 19 cent and a slice of tomato to you, but to me , it was the EQUIVALENT of giving my 4yo the pink cup versus the blue one. Always something with the cooks here. Lol they just do not gaf. You say ADD MAYO, they take off ketchup, tell them tater tots after 7pm you’ll probably get a hashbrown from the 7am breakfast rush.. there’s never any telling what you’ll get.. (but it won’t be what you order)
