Pizza and wings were 40 minutes late and the driver showed up and sat outside smoking a cigarette outside my house. I didn’t realize at first that was the driver, but then I realized he was holding my food as he smoked away. He finished his long cigarette break and tossed it on the ground outside my house, then started to swagger up to my place with the now Marlboro flavored pizza and wings. I told him to leave, did not accept the food. This is disgusting. I called, got a refund, a manager asked me to call or email her, and when I called she seemed to be confused on why I called though she told me to call her? Just done with this place.

My pizza came squished and inedible and was told it was door dash’s fault. The manager was friendly about it though and said she gave me a refund. The one piece I was able to eat tasted great, if that helps but the rest was so mashed up I couldn’t pull it apart to eat it. Thanks anyway PapaJohns.

I have had several bad experiences with the Brownsboro rd location. I gave them plenty of chances before I decided to review them but they keep messing up. They delivered my pizza without knocking and left it in the dirt next to my door. it was hours before I realized it. the quality seal was broken and it was covered in ants. A separate occasion they had 6 inches of crust on a 14″ pizza. today they delivered my pizza uncut. 50% of the time SOMETHING will go wrong. every time they refused to make it right or kept me on hold for a manager for ages.

On the night of 05/28 I ordered a pizza online. Of course only after the order was placed and my debit card instantly charged did the Papa John’s site tell me the store was closed and the pizza wouldn’t be delivered until the next day, 18 hours later! Since of course the site does not allow you cancel the order, and the store was apparently closed, I reached out through the website and said NOT to process this order and to refund my money…I did not want that night’s dinner the following day.

They did not give me a complete order and then they refuse to make good on it because they claim they had no drivers but yet it was delivered to me only part of my order. And they refuse to make good so I am stuck with food with no drink. They are very unprofessional they have no business ethics and they could care less whether or not they do a customer right. I had to fight to even get money back put back to my card for what they were lacking on my order and yet I’m still stuck with food with no drink. Definitely not one that I would do business with ever again.
