I came in to charge my computer and decided to patronize the business since I was using their electricity but every time I come to Dunkin’ Donuts the coffee is nasty. Idk if it’s the type of brew, if the coffee or milk is expired or what! I’ve given them a few times and every single time the coffee is bottom tier. The food is usually good and the donuts but y’all have to do better with the frozen coffee… it literally tastes sour… I already switched out my drink because they were all out of mocha flavor and butter pecan crunches but I really wanted to try the butter pecan frozen coffee so I got it anyway… big mistake! I switched it out for the caramel frozen (which she didn’t put the whipped cream or caramel drizzle I guess cause she had an attitude) and it’s just as bad and I’m not sure why. I want to ask for a refund but the girl seemed like I was bothering her cause she had to make it twice so I’ll just have to waste my money yet again… disappointed

Very clean facility. I was surprised to see a Dunkin so empty. I was the only customer. I soon understood why…I ordered a green tea, I knew from the color it was incorrect. I told the staff it was black tea I would drink it anyway. It wasn’t u til I pulled away from the store did I try the drink and realized it tasted like coffee. It was terrible. They were also out of turkey sausage, which the staff was kind and accommodated my sandwich.

The staff is always amazing! The coffee is not. Thought it was a bad day the first time or two, but no matter what type of coffee I order it all tastes the same. Got a specialty drink recently that I had from another dunkin and LOVED. Here it tasted like watery coffee. The donuts are good.

Today i pulled up to drive thru and screen looked broken it said no signal.There where just two cars in front of me so I figured they were still taking orders so i said Hello to see if it was working. Unfortunately in response the girl had rudely said we are busy your going to have to wait. Which i have no problem waiting because i am not impatient and understand things get busy. So i told her I wasn’t quite sure what was going on because the screen was black and that wasnt a great response to someone jus saying hello. She continued to bicker and she told me i can come inside and order rudely again. Which i did because i wanted to talk to a manger about how she needs to learn proper radio etiquette and how she was not being responsive to what i was saying. If your arguing with a customer instead of jus listening your gonna get the same response back and I tried to tell her that but she wanted to argue which i had no time for i asked for her name multiple times she refused so i told her i will be back to talk to her manager. This situation could of easily been better if she was polite. I apologize for my annoyance but nobody deserves to be talk to any type of away I really hope someone talks to her because it could of been a bad person responding to her antagonizing tone and arguing with someone is not the way to conduct buisness. I was highly upset. Horrible service from this girl to say the least. By the way she started to scream at the top of her lungs!! at me so I definitely had to walk away before i lost my temper she does not need to be left alone without management again. Also the other girl that was with her was completely opposite you could tell she was jus trying to work and was not being rude she continued to work and others that work there have never been rude to like she was 7/29/23 mid shift 12:45pm

I went to this location today at 2:26pm to order some breakfast food not donuts. Got to the drive thru and the server asked how could I help you. I proceeded to place my order and before I could say what I wanted the young man stated that he wasn’t selling any food items and that they were sold out of donuts. I asked what are you serving he stated only drinks. This is the third time this has happened to me. They are supposed to sell breakfast all day don’t know why this location is different. I will not be returning.

This location is beyond marvelous. After being lied to in hopewell I decided to try one more Dunkin for the free coffee on coffee day. I was disturbed when I began ordering because of the liar at another location but the kind young lady in the drive through helped me order. She was so patient and sweet, she went above and beyond with my order by walking me through the steps. I don’t generally drink coffee and I don’t order many donuts but she was a dream come true for me. I’d like to request that she receives a raise since she is beyond amazing. Thank you Dunkin of colonial heights, you and your courteous staff have reinstated my faith in the company.
