As a previous manager from Papa Jhons from (JNE) I can say the expectations from Jordan Nicolas and Eliot and also from Bruce and Brandon this store is a complete deshonra the employees using slides no papa Jhons shirt, no degree in the phones ringing and no one answer when I manage the store on my shifts I would stand on the expectations from the store to give the customers the best and this store is a caos and not even mention the poor quality of pizza they sold me and I understand sometimes u are busy but when u see everyone all the employees doing nothing and on there phone except to doing there job is a-shame to say I work for that same company and how low they are. So I am going to continue going to the Clark location with Andrew,Dan, and Sophia. Do better.

Pizza was amazing! It was piping hot, tons of pepperoni, and made perfectly. Was even HALF OFF YAY COS BOLTS WON! Would have given 5 stars to this particular restaurant on 17th St, had it not been for the sailor mouth who spoke the “F” word every other word, which some customers prefer not to hear. However, one gentleman in particular, also last name Miller, who was apologetic for other employee, was extremely polite, very prompt, greeted me immediately at the register with a smile, even commented on same last name, and also my Good Mythical Morning hoodie :)) That’s what customer service is all about!!! :)) Appreciate customer service that is above and beyond!!! Suggest giving this man a raise, and promotion to instruct others on exceptional customer service skills!! Thank you Mr Miller for making my pizza transaction OUTSTANDING!

After a long day of delivering in this area, my husband and I decided to stop in to the neighborhood PapaJohns before getting on the highway for home. The pizza was mediocre. The wings were huge. Not the Papa Johns I’m used too. Will not recommend.

Just had my first and last order from this location. Have always loved Papa Johns, but this time was not good. Both regular and Thin crust pizzas were burnt: crust and toppings. On top of that, my pizza was not delivered until 20 minutes after my scheduled delivery time. I called to complain and they sent another two pizzas. One was okay, but the other still had burnt toppings, most of which were all piled onto one slice of the entire pizza. The rest of the pizza could have passed for cheese.
