I stopped in on 7/13 around 6:30 before work. There were only two staff running the entire store — drive-thru and multiple in-store customers. They did a FANTASTIC job! Both employees were friendly, helpful and efficient despite the large rush of customers. I was really impressed, it can’t be easy!

Wish I could review lower, there’s a reason why this place has so many bad reviews. The owner smells horrible and has awful hygiene. They charge 5 dollars for an Avacado toast and can’t even bother to fill the toast like they do at every other Dunkin. Too lazy to even place the bacon on top. Customer service is bad and the girls working there are bad mannered. When we asked if they could at least fill the toast with bacon they said no unless we paid more. They preferred to throw out all 3 toasts and refund the money rather than trying to fix the problem. What a waste of food, and time. Very unprofessional.

Order ahead through the app, when we got there there was 2 cars between us and the order screen. Took 15 min from start to finish and when we got to the window, only 2 things in our order were ready and I had to remind them what was in our order. I wish this was the first time this has been our experience at this particular location but this is what it’s like everytime we’ve gone here.

This Dunkin is not a good option after 8am because they are always out of things by then. I’ve tried to go here between 11:00 & 1:00 six different times for cold brew coffee and they have been out. I finally asked them about it and was told they sell out every morning… So prepare better and make more. There’s a cold brew promo right now too so that’s even more frustrating. And the donut selection is limited most of the time also. I just don’t feel like they prepare properly for customers.

I went here the other night and got a large black coffe app says 3.54 so why did they charge me 4.80. I asked about the price when I pulled around and the girl said thats the price. Well I can go to Starbucks for that price. Keep this up and you’ll be out of business like the Burger King down the road.

Discourteous employees. Asked for an ice coffee with some cream and got more cream than coffee. Stuff like that happens, so I politely asked for a bit more coffee. Got the coffee, but no apology, no thank you, no nothing. Interesting, I was the only customer in the store and there were no customers in the drive-thru. Now I know why!
