In my heartfelt honest assessment, not even our precious homeless among us should be eating at some of these type eateries!! Repeated my order at least 4 times in Drive thru and still did not get my order right. When we got home we were missing the popcorn chicken. While waiting at the window at least 2 people including the person that took my order opened the window to basically ask why I was still at the window. Well I was waiting for all 4 of my drinks. The food and service was horrible and we will not be going back.

The drive thru took over 25 minutes and felt like forever. In the end only to be told all of the staff were trainees and items were missing from our order. Customer service and communication wasn’t at all part of the hiring program. The whole experience could’ve come at a worse time after driving 8hrs and was the first restaurant stop. I’m giving a 1x star because I expect more out of an eating establishment and better management to conduct training and have adequate staff to deal with uptick in foot traffic.

Well it wasn’t the very best burger, especially when driving. But the taste , the service and the wait times were all very good. The rapid reply from Sonic management, or the Sonic team, was remarkable. They truly care for the customer experience and are quick to address and offer remedies to accommodate theirs customers. That itself is a good reason to visit this location.

I can’t exactly say It was a fantastic experience; overall the food was good. The main issue was the service and long wait times; but maybe it was just that specific location as they made us aware (after the fact) that they just hired new trainees. We weren’t unable to get a refund when asked so we couldn’t exactly leave either. Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend this specific location if you are on the go.

I’m not sure if there was a technical error or understaffing but had to click the “red button” multiple times as it defaulted after over 5+ minutes of waiting each time we pressed it and continued not to be serviced as those around us who had arrived well after us were being serviced as we continued to wait. Had to leave because the kids started getting upset after over 15 minutes of no service. Very disappointing because we don’t get Sonic very often and do enjoy the food..

I have experienced some positives at this location dealing with friendly servers. However, I have also experienced some of what I consider to be the worst customer service in my LIFE. My last and final visit to this location I pulled up to the drive thru to order milkshakes for my kids and was told curtly by the person taking the order “I’m not taking orders”. That was it. No explanation. No “I apologize”. Nothing. I sat there for a minute, completely confused, and then thought I may have misunderstood or overheard part of a conversation not meant for my ears. So, I asked “excuse me, I didn’t understand what you said”. The same curt voice repeated “I’m not taking orders”. I drove off and we have never been back.
