This Manager needs to stop being unsanitary. Food poisoning waiting to happen. Why does she feel it is okay to put condiments, sauces and sides inside the box with and touching the chicken tenders.?? These items go in a separate bag. Sauce also wasted all over my tenders. Check your food before you leave. They will likely leave something out as well! I hope the health department monitors closely! Do yourself a favor it is worth the drive to the Red Oak location!

Ordered online, what we ordered is NOT what we got! Did not know until we had it home. Had to return to store for correct order. Mnger said not her fault, they filled the order that was received. She showed me the order they filled and they did not even get that correct! Ordered a side salad, didn’t get it. After returning were told they didn’t have ANY ,salad. It was not mentioned at all when order was picked up.

Been to this location 3 times in more than 5 years just to order a 12 piece. First time, out of chicken, 20 minute wait. Second time years later, out of chicken 20 minute wait. Been a couple years, tried again tonight… shocking, same thing. DONE with this location. Either poorly run or a corporate issue.

Drove through the drive-through and was told the wait would be seven minutes for the catfish combo that I ordered. I had no issues with having to wait. I was told to pull forward and they would bring my order out to me. Twenty minutes later, I was still waiting in my car. I went inside to see what the delay was, and it was right then an employee walked to the front counter, from the kitchen area, with my order. One female employee was standing around and neither of them knew who the order was supposed to go to.

They forgot what we ordered. After asking us, they brought it to our car, 30 to 40 mins later, only to tell us a lie as to why it was late coming out to us. We asked to speak to the manager on duty, and she wouldn’t even come out to talk to us. We sent the food back for our money back because they were rude. They forgot us, and they brought our food out late.

WORST customer service…placed an order online so it would be ready to pick up when arrive and not have to wait. Doors were closed had to wait in line over 30minutes in line with only 1 car in front of me. I completely understand being short staff but when you pull up to the window and they are giving you an attitude for no reason that’s unacceptable. They just handed the bags without saying anything just closes the window. I was about to drive away when she opens the window with another bag. How am I supposed to guess if that was everything? I asked for ketchup but non was in the bag. Ordered 4 zing sauces and get home to these.

I really like this mych more yhan the competition across the street. However, if you order a kids’ meal and your child wants a sauce other than ketchup, they charge you for it. I personally think this is stupid since their food is already a bit overpriced.

If I could give 0 I would. The fries tasted weird the sandwich was poorly put together and there was a bug in my coleslaw. Would not recommend eating at this location. Will be putting a tip in to the local health department. When alerted about the bug the worker said nothing just attempted to give me New coleslaw. Why would I want something with bugs in it? I asked for fries instead they tasted as if they were fried in weeks old grease. A waste of time and money.

We have TRIED to give this place a chance on more than one occasion but it’s seems to be hopeless. The good news is when you can actually get your food your ordered, itsgood. Bad news; someone seriously needs to train the people how to actually have CHICKEN (hint, it’s Golden Chick) cooked at dinner time. How can a chicken place be OUT of chicken breasts? And if they ARE out, tell the customer before they order and pay. We were given a refund and 5 days later…no refund to the card, no one at the place to ask “what’s up” and the voicemail is full when we call. It should not be this hard.

After many visits over the years since Midlothian opened, last week was the worst. The Hispanic lady had a thick accent and was very hard to understand. Then she failed to understand me 3 times when I confirmed my order. Then blamed it on me. I’ve been patient since I helped build the place. I’m done til there’s a change.
