The food is not the problem. it’s the service that needs a major overhaul. There hasn’t been a time I’ve used mobile ordering and gotten my full order. Every time, I’m only given half the order. When I ask for the rest of the order, they look confused. I always have to repeat what is missing, instead of them looking at the order itself to make sure they have everything to give you. Also, if they don’t have the donuts that you ordered, they randomly pick them. I prefer to be given a choice of what is available. This type of service has happened at all the Fl locations, not just this location.

This morning I ordered a dozen donuts and ordered a box of 25 munchkin’s. I wanted 30 but they sell them like that. It’s either 10, 25, or 30. The lady said she would put 30 into the box. I told her the flavors I wanted. Some of the donut flavors I wanted were not available today. The lady said no one told her to make the lemon filled donuts today. So, she didn’t make them. So back to the munchkin’s, I wanted 10 glazed, but received 9, 10 blueberry glazed and did get all 10 of those, and I wanted 10 jelly, but only got 5. Being good at math that isn’t even the 25 I paid for. The workers need to learn to count and not tell a customer they will do something they aren’t actually going to do.

This is hands-down, the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been there many times, and they have never messed up my order. It’s always quick service too. I have been to lots of Dunkin’s all over the country. I am convinced this is the best Dunkin out there.

I would like to say, The only reason I keep coming to this Dunkin is because of the awesome customer service from Jada and Gambino….I get every time I go there, which is every week. And how efficient they are with there orders..They are definitely due for a raise!!! Customer service definitely goes along way…

I expected more from Dunkin Doughnuts. The donuts were a few days old and STALE!. I ended up throwing away the entire box.. I’m sure the coffee is good but stay away from the donuts here.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! The coffee is always wrong and the staff is rude. Especially the large female manager with reddish brown hair. When they made my coffee wrong and forgot my bacon, she had a bad attitude and didn’t even apologize. She just stood there holding the bag out the window and didn’t say a word. Know wonder her staff is rude!

Ordered ahead for 2 iced coffees. When I got there I still had to wait almost 10 minutes. There was a long line for drive thru but only 1 guest inside. They seemed to have a good amount of employees but they didn’t seem to be focused on getting orders together. Not sure if this is normal for this particular store because this was my first time using this one. I order ahead all the time to other stores and have never had this issue.

I went in on Sunday 1/22/23 and had an encounter with Cailey (sp). She was rude when I asked about sizes of drinks and rolled her eyes in disgust when she had to walk over and show me the different sizes. I then waited for my drinks, and they sat there on the counter while she was doing whatever she was doing. She may have been helping the ONE customer that came after, but that was it. she then proceeded to walk over and make my coffee, set the drinks on the counter and just looked at me. I asked for a manger, and when he came out, I explained the situation and he apologized, but didn’t seem too interested. He was in fact prepping the drawer and did have money in his hands.
