I ordered the new Caprese Salami Pesto on wheat with chips and a small drink. When they gave my total at $16.83 I thought that seemed high, but I quickly glanced at the menu, confirmed my order was right and assume quick mental math had me thinking I was probably the one in the wrong.

It’s a standard Jimmy John’s. The food is great and the service is quick at the counter. Although there isn’t a ton of indoor seating, there was plenty when I was there. Most people were going through the drive through.

I took my wife and daughter here after shopping for mother’s day and it was the worst experience I have ever had! It’s a really small store and they were blasting death-metal so loud it about knocked us over. We could not hear at all to discuss what we wanted. At the counter, the guy taking our order couldn’t hear us, and we couldn’t hear him, so getting our orders placed was difficult to say the least. The sandwiches were sloppy and they hardly put any mayonnaise on them. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I will never go here again, and my advice is that you avoid this Jimmy John’s at all cost!

I love Jimmy John’s, I get it pretty often from all over Michigan during my travels. Here in my home city of Midland I am constantly disappointed with the service. Today I placed a web order and arrived about 15 minutes after ordering. 5-6 different guests entered ordered and received their order before my order was even started. Also in that order I got a #6 that and they forgot the avocado. I have had previous experiences like this one at this location. Please do better or I’ll start going across the street to Jersey Mike’s more often.

Okay first off, I love Jimmy Johns! I go to all locations all over Michigan! (Traverse city, Saginaw, Mt. Pleasant) I have never had any issues w/ my order except at this midland location! I order the same thing every time and they almost always mess it up! Today I got my sandwich and they forgot the meat!

I love Jimmy John’s but I’ve only had terrible experiences at this location. First of all, the hours are just bad, also I’ve never had my order correct when I go to this location (I avoid this one as much as possible. One time when I asked for mustard, the worker stared at me confused and had to ask a co-worker if they had mustard.. last I checked mustard was a really common condiment, especially for sandwiches. They were also stoned outta their mind.

I love Jimmy John’s! Food is great staff are great. Reason for 2 star review is due to loud music playing to point it made it difficult to order effectively and wait for subs. I chose to go in as drive-thru was very busy!

Gotta admit I am hooked on the JJ Blt. Update 5/9/23 Unfortunately like most drive through restaurants the quality of service and value has fallen at this location. The favorite BLT for $7.99 is so small with little slices of tomatoes and next to nothing for lettuce. Be advised if you do not request to have your rewards added before handing over payment you will not receive them. I asked the clerk why he didn’t ask me before processing the $26.00 payment for 3 sandwiches and after a blank stare was told ” Its been a long day man sorry about that” I wish I could post a picture.

The food was great and never any issues with the order. However, I don’t think they should have the delivery option available if they are going to make one person do all the deliveries. We had to wait 2 hours for 2 sandwiches because of this. I feel bad for the employee. Either have more delivery drivers or remove the option for the time being. I get there’s a staff shortage going on, but it doesn’t mean you should unload all the work on one employee.
