This is by far the best long john silvers I have ate at… food is great and the gentleman taking care of the lobby (name started with a b just can’t remember now) is phenomenal… he was on top of everything and very polite. Definitely recommend to anyone that likes the menu.

I have always liked Long John Silver and A&W. Something for everyone. A few years ago we stopped going there because of terrible customer service. Today I went again and realized I forgot my wallet. So I told them to cancel my order before I completed my order. I left a and made it home where I checked if I could order online. And ordered. I wish they would have told me I could place an order online. Then I went through drive through and it says online orders have to go inside to pick up. It makes me wonder why they never have any traffic. To make things worse the fries were terrible. They were very chewy and the chicken was cold. I’m so disappointed.

They serve hot dogs with different toppings. I got a one with chili and onions. Very good. My wife got a fish sandwich and loved it. We also had onion rings and fries. They have different sides and you can change the menu if you want. They have burgers as well. I love A&W root beer. It’s hard to find and it tasted great. My wife had lemonade. Service was fast and they delivered it to our table. It was a nice experience.

I had planned to give them 1 star due to our cashier Ariana, who didn’t listen to my order. Gave me a totally wrong burger than I ordered. When I brought it back up to the counter, she said well that’s what you ordered with an attitude. Also we ordered a 5 dollar combo asked for cheese to be added to coney dog she charged us $3.30 for cheese. Our visit started out very bad but, the Manager Willey saw there was an issue brewing he came over to see what he could do to make it right. He was awesome had the proper sandwich made right away and fixed the over charge. Apologized profusely and said he would work on training with the cashier. To Corporate Willey is an excellent Manager very compassionate.

Went to long John silvers last night because I like their food. Last night I received the worst customer service ever. Everyone through the drive through was rude. No one should ever be treated the way me and my husband were treated last night. It was so bad I needed to make a complaint. I usually don’t but I had to this time. Hoping no one else gets treated the way me and my husband did. We arrived at 9:45pm and they close at 10pm I understand that it was before closing but through the whole time of ordering the employees kept telling me “we’re closing at 10” then on top of that I guess they had no sides left except fries and something else because they said they were closing. Then one male at the window did not get our order right and did not give us the correct receipt & then to make this all better we did not get to order what we really wanted because he was so rude so we just went with what he had on his screen. He was so mad not sure why but he slammed his window shut. I’ll never ever be going to long johns again. Like why treat someone like that if you do not like your job don’t be there it makes the experience bad for everyone. Including the ones working around you. They were all very unprofessional. Looks like long johns has very little business to began with so why ruin it for the little business they do have.

Hours said open till 10 but they decided to close lobby early no problem however you didn’t say that to us. All you did was roll your eyes at us and shake your head. Only using one register so trying to take our in between drive thru orders. We just left. Y’all should really get better at customer service.
