Too much to list. Like Taco Bell, corporate has raised their prices to where it’s Impossible for a family to eat there weekly and now maybe, only two to three times a YEAR!! Their chicken is HALF the size of their competitions while their prices are almost double their competition. Their biscuits have also gone down in size while increased in price. ALSO rationing the condiments, butter and honey packets, only enough for three people, not a normal or large family adequate amount. They even forgot part of the order causing a return trip and of course an argument to get the forgotten item replaced but ONLY after reassuring the employees it will NEVER have to replace any items in the future. I HIGHLY DON’T recommend this establishment to anyone. The service, prices, cleanliness and potions are ONE STAR rated.

We specifically asked multiple times if she had heard that this was for original recipe. Which we were told yes. Only to get to our campsite 30 minutes away to find out it was not original recipe. It looked like extra crispy but it was very spicy. I was unable to eat it.

They forgot to add cheese and lettuce to a sandwich, and they forgot the fries altogether. I drove back and asked for them to fix it, and stupidly I didn’t check it right there; instead I assumed the had the capacity to get it right this time. I got home and again there were NO FRIES! I called and they wouldn’t even refund the price of the fries, a small concession to be sure, but it would have been appropriate. They refused.

Never will i have food from this location again. i had KFC and hair was in the fried chicken. I worked in the restaurant industry for 26 years and know that all hair needs to be pulled up even when in a hat. Being told everyone had hats on doesn’t explain the 2 strands of hair that i found. I called and was told i can get food replaced. Not after that. I am absolutely disgusted.
