Late night stop at Burger King! I’m not a fan of fast food. It serves its purpose and is usually predictable. This time, I was in for a treat. I always ask for extra mayo because it’s a very dry burger. And they usually don’t put enough. I asked for extra extra. Well, I got xxextra. It was probably the best whopper I’ve had. Bread, meat, and everything was fresh. I was impressed. Wish every whopper was this good.

Orders on app I used my points for an ice cream cup for my 3 year old daughters got a call that they didn’t have cookies or ice cream and not only that when my driver asked about me getting my points back they got an attitude and screamed and yelled at him while I was on the phone real unprofessional. If they see this please some one give me a call for some answers on y this keep happening.

I always visit this Burger King and I must say for a staff that all way short staff I still get good customer service. I have ran into an employee that had an attitude but after speaking with the employee I just learn she was frustrated because that location can’t seem to keep employees. I usually go in the morning or around lunch time.

Worst service ever. Went through drive-thru to order. Was ordering multiple items. Person taking the order was asking “anything else” after each item I was ordering. After the 3rd item, they commented “oh my god”. I ordered two orders of nuggets and they forgot one order. Some of the nuggets of the order we got were still cold too. Had to throw away the nuggets because I didn’t want the kids to get sick.

The place is slow. But patience does go a long way. I applaud the MG working is rear off . Making circles around these kids. I have always met nice people in line and have a lot of fun. Don’t come if your in a rush.

You guys should want to be a better team!! The service was horrible attitude for no reason! No thank you! No acknowledgement! I get it, the job market is not bringing in much, but the trash you have working there need to be let go! This new generation of young people have doomed themselves as failures!! It’s really sad!! I’m not sure if their upbringing is the cause, they need a wake up call! Quit if customer service isn’t for you, but to hate being there and projecting that on your customer is absurd!! To Burger King, you need a whole new team! Starting from the District Manager on down!! Horrible service!!

The food was cold and my burger was wrong. I was in the drive thru and as I was coming around to the window I was told to wait back (for no reason I could understand) and when I misunderstood and began to pull forward, the girl who was just hanging out the window sight seeing snapped at me. I snapped right back. I’ll NEVER go to Burger King again!!!
