Extremely extremely rude lady at the register. We had a line of us and we were told to wait with a abrasive attitude for approx 5 minutes, because she was cleaning the panel behind her. I’ve worked in fast food for a few years, and I can firmly say that I would have been fired if I acted like her. Ironic seeing this sign on their door. Never going to this location again, judging by the rest of the reviews.

Disgusting and disgusted. The staff was super unprofessional. My wife and I came to pick up a door dash and they refused to serve us inside and said to go through the drive through, just so they could lock us out and refuse to serve us at all.

Monica is the goat. She carries this restaurant. Her service is awesome and she did a lot to make sure my order was perfect. I’ve came here for years and the service and cleanliness was always garbage. But Monica’s service was really awesome, she made me save money too

Don’t understand how this location is still up and running. The line inside and the drive thru is always long which I don’t understand either because they never have half of what’s on the menu available. Never ever any spicy chicken tenders. If you go inside to eat it’s dirty, no napkins or straws. Sometimes they’re accepting cash only. Wait time for your food is ridiculously long and customer service is horrible everyone is always sooo rude. Just shut it down.

1. They took order wrong. 2) They did not understand English enough to change the order. 3) The place was filthy-including a pair of discarded in soles on the floor. 4) The staff made me feel more an intruder then a customer. 5) The soft drink drain was clogged and there was liquid all over the counter. I’ve been a customer of Popeyes for 40 years abs this is the worst franchise I’ve ever been in.

If I could give negative stars I would. 10 minutes to order food. That’s ok I understand many came in at same time. I placed my order, waited 15-20 minutes. The manager asked who is the shrimp and fries 2 orders. I said no. Waited another 10 minutes, the one who took my order handed me a order. I was so upset at the service and time I went straight home. I arrived home and opened our order. They handed me the order that I said no to. My order had coleslaw. I tried about 10 times to call the location. They do not answer and a few times line was busy. Very bad service, cold food and no responsibility as a fast food restaurant. If I wasn’t so angry I would have driven back to the location. Best walk away and never return.

I’m kind of confused. I have been to this location a few times and they never have spicy chicken tenders, no matter how early I go. Do they just not serve spicy tenders here? Fairly courteous staff and on and off good food (sometimes it can be a bit dry).

Has potential. Employees are courteous, food is great. The franchise holder needs to invest a few bucks in maintenance/ upkeep of the property. The doorframe to the men’s room was warped / bent and broken so that the door wouldn’t actually shut. The women’s restroom was simply “out of order.” The employees are doing the best they can with what they are working with, and should be recognized for doing so. Most of their traffic seems to be drive-through, but the owner needs to step up the maintenance.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I DoorDash on the side and 5 different times I have picked up from this store, only TWICE have I actually gotten to leave with an order. Imagine placing an order online for chicken from a chicken store and it’s not until a driver comes to pick up the order are they informed they “are out of chicken.” I don’t mind being lied too, but just the 1000 yard stares and rude comments and attitude is atrocious. Please if you wanna get Popeyes go to the on in Warwick on Bald Hill Rd. I have no problem with Popeyes- just with 90%-100% of this poorly trained, uneducated and ignorant workers. Never again. I would rather mess up my own doordashing score and skip this place.

Today is 04/13/2023 at 10:12pm I was told the store is closed when clearly it says UNTIL 10:30. It was a DoorDash pickup and the girls for that shift said NO we not doing orders. The car in front of us received food. While I passed by the TWO girls again GIRLS stuck out the middle at me while I was driving by. I respectfully told my DoorDash customer they are close but now I feel bad because it was a total LIE! I was ON TIME!!!!!!!
