The music that they played in there really sucked, and the meat in the burritos was horrible, wouldn’t want to feed it to a dog! Overly spicy and very low quality, and the people behind the counter had no personality and shouldn’t even work in customer service

I never gave this place 2 stars. We called corporate about being threatened by a worker and her boyfriend and they showed very little interest. We were shocked especially once we learned a third party witness also called corporate. My suggestion is to stay away from this place. Between the homeless taking baths in the bathroom sink. The drug addicts shooting up in the bathroom. The Del Taco cook cranking his gangster rap in front of the restaurant like he’s shooting a music video. The boyfriend threatening people, with his girlfriend stoking the fire, the odds of a bad experiences possibly violent experience are very high. Juarez Mexico is probably safer than this hell house. And to the owner of this Del Taco, you want to meet my expectations as a customer at this particular taco Bell, fire the woman and her boyfriend. He wasn’t in his uniform and we didn’t know he works there. Fire them both because as a long time resident of San Dimas I am telling everyone about this incident and encouraging them to boycott until some action is taken. Corporate gave the female a write for opening the place 10 minutes late but ignored customers being threatened. Unbelievably insulting…

I could not give a rating on the food I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes never placed my order 2 cars behind me backed out and so did I 4 cars in front of me don’t know what the delay was. It happened at 10:00 pm 05/22/2023

Wasn’t to happy here. Entered the store and the male counter person with his sideways hat on which wasn’t even a deltaco hat, was involved in a conversation with 2 coworkers at the food counter. I stood there for 3 to 5 mins before he even stated, “I’ll be with you in a minute ” took him 4to 6 more minutes to ask ” what can I get you” and at that he grabbed a bag opened it up put in food for the drive thru and walked to drive up window handed the car the bag and closed the window as the ladies in the car asked for some napkins. He took my order #1 with deluxe Chilli cheese fries. Medium drink. Simple order. I received regular fries and no cup for self serve drink. Should I demand a cup and the correct food in fear of them tampering with the correct food? I payed for the upgrade didn’t get what was paid for. I guess I won’t ever go there again.

I visited the store at 694 West Arrow Highway, in San Dimas, CA yesterday, at about 2:55pm. I walked in and intended to place an order inside the restaurant. But when I approached the counter- as the ordering area of the restaurant was empty/customer-free- no one was there taking orders, and the 2 employees further back (in the food preparing section) said nothing to me. I stood there for 3 minutes, quietly waiting, while one of the 2 employees, who went by the name of Victor, walked back and forth in front of me- without saying a word to me…. After 3 minutes, I finally called to him and asked him if anyone was taking orders. He half-looked at me and said that the person (taking orders) was busy. I paused for a minute and said to him that he and his fellow employees should let customers know what is going on with the status of having their orders taken, and that is good customer service. Vitor said me, without really even turning his head to me,”You don”t have to be a D#CK about it!” I said,”Excuse me!?” And he repeated himself. I asked him what his name was and told him that him calling me that was unacceptable. I also asked him for his boss at this time, as another employee emerged from the back and began approaching the counter. Victor pointed to this new employee and said,”Him.” I told this new employee what Victor had just called me, and instead of this employee taking any disciplinary action towards Victor, and apologizing to me, he paused and asked me,”Well what did you do for him to call you a D#CK?” I was shocked and couldn’t believe what I was hearing and going through! I told this so-called boss that I was a customer, and his employee just called me a D#CK!!, and that this boss needed to handle the situation!! This new employee proceeded to ask me,”Yah?, but why did he call you a D#CK?” I got this new employee’s name- Mauricio- and I told him this was all unacceptable and I needed his boss’ number. He said he was the boss. I told him that he didn’t own Del Taco, so I needed his boss’ number. Mauricio said it was corporate. I asked him for the number, and he said he didn’t have it. I told him I didn’t believe he was a boss if he supposedly didn’t even have Del Taco’s (his company’s) corporate number. He said,”You can look it up on line.” I couldn’t believe what I was going through. I wrote everything down and told Mauricio and Victor that they messed up…. I called Del Taco’s corporate office and filed a complaint with Del Taco’s customer service department… I was told I would be contacted by Del Taco’s corporate management department, either by phone call or email…. But so far all I have gotten from them is a $1 off coupon, via email. Very Upset and disappointed in this Del Taco store, in particular, and in the Del Taco corporate office so far. (I would have given zero stars for my rating, but this system won’t let me.)
