The experience was lousy and poorly run. First, the employee grabbed the cup pinching the top contaminating the drinking surface. Then we went to the “cream bar” which was filthy and had empty shopping carts blocking it. Then went back to have the cup topped off (was only 3/4 full) only to find that they ran out of coffee and would have to wait another 7-8 minutes. We left never to buy from them again. (This was the Strongsville Target location)

Myself and three of my coworkers ordered the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. They ordered it because of my recommendation. We took one sip and they were HORRIBLE. Since it was right before they closed i did call to see if they could make us new ones. And the person that answered the phone said Oh you will get them free next time,never asked our names or anything. He did apologize, but there was no resolution to paying $15.00 for three drinks that got dumped down the sink and not having coffee . Poor customer service. And i even asked if he could deliver us new ones to our business which is 0.6 miles from their location. Must do better. Not a happy customer

The cafe always seems to be packed and parking is still tricky – it’s just a narrow parking lot that can be difficult to traverse if the place is full. Baristas are nice, the new store is beautiful. Not the friendliest third place I’ve visited as far as Starbucks goes, but it’s good for a quick stop and pick me up 🙂

The drive thru, parking and accessibility are really poorly designed. Vehicles parked are blocked in by the constant drive thru traffic and exiting is hampered by a weird curb layout, constricting a right-hand turn out. The outside seating is placed along side the order tower, creating constant disturbance if you’re trying to socialize or simply relax with a ☕️. Very surprised Starbucks approved this overall design. Not their best moment.

Before you tip your Irish cream cold brew back, make sure your lid fits!!!! I was on my way to meet friends for dinner and waited in line for 15-20 min for my drink (I’m used to it by now) and my 1st sip ended up on my lap because the lid didn’t even fit! So I go buy some pants at the mall across the street since mine are covered in coffee! Very disappointed
