I only give service a 3 star because the guy who took our order was super sweet was understanding very patient even though he was in a rush. On the other hand the girl with the glasses and curly hair was very rude she barely opened the window didn’t greet us didn’t say a word just stood there pretty much while we had to reach all the way out our window to get our food because she didn’t wanna hand it to us. I tried to leave a review online but it didn’t work so I’m leaving it here.. a I really appreciate the guy who took our order and how kind and understanding he was thank you so much

My food has always been hot here, but I have noticed that the service isn’t the greatest. They have a lot of kids that work here, and they seem like they don’t want to work. Consumer service needs to be better here, in my opinion.

We came in 20 minutes before they closed tonight (I know that’s cutting it too close) but I got to give a huge props to the drive thru person even though he was closing soon he continued to have a positive attitude while handling us! I truly hope he gets the recognition he deserves every time we come in he’s always going above and beyond and keeping a positive attitude!! Keep up the good work!

Had to wait & wait to have order taken in drive thru, had to yell if anyone there, this at 5:15 pm, then got order wrong on screen, had to get corrected. Whopper Jr was tepid in temp, could see hamburger had been sitting around for a while. Lg fries was certainly less than competitors

Made a purchase to make use of a third party offer for a free impossible whopper with $3 purchase, at the time of placing the order the order showed correctly with no indication of a problem. Went to pick it up and found that the free item was removed from the order without any sort of notice. The store refused to do anything about it because it was a moblie order and as of yet corprate has essentially said that I’d have to make a second order and again make a $3 purchase to get the offer, without providing any indication that it would be any different this time. And this is not the first time this has been an issue. multiple times my family and I have made moblie orders and had items missing, been given the wrong items and had both refused to do a dam thing about it.

Besides the food being good and staff already wonderful i accidentally forgot my whole purse here for over 24 hours , once I realized that I may have left it here I called and they confirmed they had it safe . Driving almost a hour away in these winter weather’s I went and picked it up where they kept it completely safe. Every card. Every cent even my lucky 2 dollar bill was still there I could not believe the honesty the staff gave me . Anything could have happened to my purse you can just imagine but these staff truly cared and where completely honest . I will visit alot more for just this reason!! Idk how I could pay it forward to the employees but soon I’m sure I will figure it out

I like the product, food quality is very good for a quick service restaurant, but this particular location is the wrong place to go if you need to get in and out fast because you have to get somewhere. I can’t recall a slower drive-thru anywhere else. Last visit I was there close to 15 minutes. That can be a deal breaker!
