So I placed an order from the Arby’s app, and when I went to pick it up , I pulled up to the speaker box for drive thru and the employee told me I had to come inside to get my order which I think is ridiculous. Considering it was POURING RAIN, and you know customers paying $24 meals and a few chicken nuggets (would have been over $30 without a coupon) should be able to retrieve their food from the drive thru window like you can at basically ANY OTHER RESTAURANT! Secondly, for my meals I got 2 large fries and I’m willing to bet these fries are over an hour old. They ARE COLD , HARD , & RUBBERY!! I’m extremely upset. Arby’s is already overpriced in my opinion and the very first time I make myself pay to eat it I GET THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH AN ARBYS! Very disappointed, also the managers can’t even cancel an order if you order on the app and mistakenly send it to the wrong Arby’s location and aren’t able to pick it up, you have to email in and wait days for a refund because you don’t get the option to cancel the order and the employees say they can’t either! STEP IT UP ARBYS ITS 2023!!!

I have been making a point to stop at this particular Arbys every Wednesday to have lunch. But, every time I have stopping the last 3 or 4 times and did not get the sauce I’d asked for to go with my chicken or today, my roast beef sandwich. I honked for good service but I park and find no sauces. One time I only received one drink! I’m going to start eating some place else. 3 times are too much.

Food wasn’t fresh to order @ 6pm on a Tues evening. They had mounds us fries, chicken strips, and nuggets just sitting under the warmer. They use to make mozzarella sticks fresh to order, seems they’ve gotten away from this. Been to 2 separate stores in last 2 weeks and neither time the food was fresh. Anytime someone goes inside to eat food should be made to order. Would rather wait an extra 5 mins than get room temperature food.

Service was friendly and order was correct in drive-thru but a big no-no happened to us. We were quickly handed our drinks and order and even was asked if we wanted any sauces which was great. We started to drive off and realized, we were never handed back our credit card!!! It may have been a honest mistake but wanted to point this out as the card should have been handed back first. Handing the food to the customer means the end of the transaction. My husband had to park the car and go inside to retrieve his card. Then he told me it was almost handed to someone else!!! It seems better training is in order and we will be watching our statements for a while to be sure nothing else took place!
