This is the only WINGSTOP I’ve been to in my life, but I’ll say it’s one of the worst you’ll ever walk-in to! Nasty and disorganized. The staff seems polite but the whole atmosphere makes you never want to dine-in because the place just feels funky. For my second time going here the food was worse than before. Hopefully there will be renovations on how to make the place look more appealing to the eye and more hygienic.

I ordered a 40 piece party pack and only received 10 of the wings. The team members genuinely replaced my order. As a cook, I can completely understand what it feels like to work short and the cook handled his job with full filling all the orders.’

Very disappointed with my order. I went here on 3/17/2023 ,I went at 12:46 in the afternoon , so it wasn’t busy at all. I ordered the new flavors. I got the 8 piece meltdown and two tenders with the crunch time flavor. Turns out they gave me regular lemon pepper on the tenders , no honey to make them crunch time flavored . They also gave me regular garlic Parmesan with no Cajun spice. My whole order was wrong and not what it was supposed to be. Tried calling back and they had disconnected the phones so you couldn’t reach anybody. If I didn’t live 20 minutes away and it wasn’t raining outside I would taken them back and asked for my money back !

Last night was disappointing. After waiting nearly an hour and a half I decided not get my food. There were several other people as well that waited the same. I don’t come here to bash the workers but I will add solutions. If it’s a Friday night and they know that’s their busiest day then request more workers that night to work. Secondly, the system these workers are using to fulfill orders is outdated. The system cannot withstand the sheer volume this store attracts. There needs to be an electric system with monitors so the employees can complete orders in an efficient way. This store has been mismanaged for some time now. I think it’s time some things get corrected.

I placed an order with 10 wings (extra cook time) 3 garlic Parmesan chicken strips and 2 regular plain chicken strips. Neither order of chicken strips were instructed to be cooked with extra cook time. It seems like they just decided to be lazy and place all strips AS WELL as the wings in the same basket to cook because the strips were BURNT and INEDIBLE!! I will NOT be returning to this location because the laziness is ridiculous!!

Terrible service i called while headed towards to restaurant to place my order but i called 6 times and when i finally got an answer the guy who claim to be the ma says yo what’s up?? What can i get for you big dog? I said well i want to place a order he said yea but u have to use cash only cause dog our machine down.. at this point i was like can i speak to a manager he said i am the manger dog… i said you are the manger and this how u answer the phone and talk to your guess? He said o my bad but yea… i hung up buy this time i pulled up one person in line used a card and place a order with no problem and never told the guy that i was the one that was on the logins like 2 seconds ago… so he lied but why? Seems like they pocketing cash…

Food was alright. Fries weren’t cooked all the way. Plus one of my 5 chicken strips wasn’t even half the size of the others. Everyone ahead of me didn’t get their food till after I received mine. I like the franchise but don’t think I’ll be going back to this location. The Wingstop on State Street in Jackson is way better with service and food.

Ms. Unique did her best managing phones and customers at the counter. Shift manager on duty, poor communication with customers. Environment wasn’t welcoming, store front wasn’t clean, and estimated time for food, completely incorrect. Delayed time was approximately two hours behind what was stated verbally and on the wing stop app. I understand that companies are short staffed, but this is completely ridiculous.

Requested wings fried hard, but when I got back to the hotel they was pretty soft. Still had an okay flavor to them. Fries would not good. Customer service was at 10 out of 10
