I ordered the American cheese burger sandwich at this location. I must say it was mighty tasty. It had been a long time since I’ve tasted a delicious burger via takeout from anywhere. Definitely worth the price they are asking for it, especially since I didn’t know that they offered burgers at BWW until today.

It doesn’t matter whenever I go to this bww they always mess up my order well tonight every side of mine was missing. I tried calling them 3x. No answer so I had to go back for my food that I paid for early. My pick up was at 5:50 its now 6:40 and I got my food with a side of attitude. So I told him I’d write a review for the inconvenience I experienced. Something needs to be done at this location. Needs better management.. thanks.

I ordered from Postmates and the food I received did not taste right. The burger tasted like the meat had gone bad- like a sour taste. The wings tasted stale and chewy. I’ve filed a complaint with both the restaurant and Postmates. I’m not sure which avenue to go through because I get pointed to the other.

I only got half of my order yesterday 5/11/2023 and only noticed when I got home. I called and the person on the phone said they couldn’t refund the order and only the shift manager could (seriously?!). I called back twice since the shift manager never reached out like they were supposed to, never responded to my request. I’m left paying for their mistake.

I had seen some bad reviews. Decided to eat it anyways. Ordered 15 bone in wings, three different flavors, potato wedges and carrots and celery with ranch. Everything is perfect! No issues at all, staff was friendly.

Ordered an ASAP delivery, not scheduled as they showed. Doordash then cancels pickup. Call BWW and they say wait 15 mins for new driver. Wait 20 call back and they say wait 15 more mins. No Doordash driver ever reassigned.

Ordered mild wings and box of fries. 1st the wings were so spicy (sent hot instead ) were thrown away. The fries were uneatable also . They were burnt and brown.

Horrible experience. Ordered online. Delivery time selected was 8:45 (soonest available). Order went thru and delivery time said 9:45…2 hours later. Called the store multiple times and it went to voicemail and hung up on me. Decided to go to the store. Called one more time. Manager told me I would have to et up with door dash. I told him…No, I ordered from your store’s website. He then said he would cancel the door dash and comp me. Got there and he told me the door dash driver had just been there, 8:30, and he canceled the order with them. Then pointed out “Obviously, we aren’t busy”…then why can’t you answer the phone!!! Got home with the order I picked up and did not have the drink I ordered and then received a text message from door dash that my ordered had been “delivered”. Got charged for everything…the drink I didn’t get, delivery fees and tip! Never again!!! I will be disputing the charge with my bank!

Had previously given location 5 stars, but unfortunately am editing to 1. Showed up today to pick up an order that was already paid for and on my credit card, but when I showed up to pick it up, the store was locked and closed with the lights off, and nobody was answering. Waited a half an hour to see if anybody was going to show up, but nobody ever did. Complete waste of my lunch hour.
