Mister Pizza has been a staple of Buffalo for years. It’s very understandable, why they have been in business for so long. There food is just so good. As busy as this place can get, you still receive your food in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is on point.

Went in for a slice. The guy gave me (2). I thought “oh that was nice”. Well after I paid another guy came in and the worker said “Some fresh ones are coming up” if you don’t mind waiting. There were still more slices in the thing. So basically he knew he sold me old slices. Why wasn’t I told that some fresh ones was coming up? Well when I left and bit into the pizza is was hard like a brick. Sir I would rather have 1 fresh slice than 2 old pieces that been sitting there half the day. Treat all of your customers the same no matter what color they are or how they look.

I love the option of the Personal Pizza! Love Chicken bacon Ranch and ALWAYS add Italian sausage + double cheese. I’m very disappointed that they always send my pizza WITHOUT the extra Italian sausage and double cheese, AND this is NOT the first time that happened. I tried to call but they are always busy. I LOVE the pizza, just very disappointed that my order didn’t come as I ordered it.

We ordered a double order of boneless wings, after eating one I realized it wasn’t hot, so I cut into a second one and discovered my order was completely raw inside. My husband had already ate 4 thinking they had just cooled down. We called the restaurant and after placing us on hold twice they simply replied with “you’ll need to contact DoorDash”. No apology or acknowledgment that we could end up really sick from this.

During our visit in Buffalo, we stopped at Mister Pizza for a quick dinner. We paid $35 for a medium pizza and 10 wings. That’s a bit pricey for what we got, even with inflation. I can confidently say that this purchase was a waste of our money. We didn’t have many options since this pizza shop was one of the few still open around 11pm-12am on a Monday. I was disappointed and it left a bad taste in my mouth that they wouldn’t let us sustitute the blue cheese that came with the wings for ranch – the gentleman at the counter expected us to pay around $1.25 extra for a salad dressing ranch packet after we’d paid the bill. I was further disappointed when I opened the box and the wings were burnt. I will give them credit because they had a good amount of sauce on their wings but that’s the only credit I can give. I took a bite (with no dipping sauce because we did not get the ranch) and the wing was dry, it was clearly overcooked. Next, I opened the pizza box in disgust – why was a round pizza cut into squares and not traditional triangles? I think the pizza looked better than it tasted, it lacked seasoning and flavor. This was far off from NY style pizza and wings, more like something you would find on the west coast. We spoke to some locals about our experience, and they told us that this pizza shop caters to drunk people – it made sense and would explain the 5 star reviews. I can’t say I was impressed at all by my experience. I would be embarrassed to recommend this pizza shop to my peers and don’t plan on stopping back here anytime soon.

I had an order through door dash (I’m the delivery guy) and they forgot an item. I waited 20 minutes to get the item and the two employees in the back were moving so slow. The cashier was very professional but the two cooks were terrible at getting the food out in a timely manner. I can only imagine the quality.

Horrible food, please don’t eat here they always mess up your order, they even gave me raw meat on a cheeseburger sub(have pics) they don’t care about their customers if they did, they would make the food correct. I mean how do u give someone a turkey club sub and put no bacon on it on tomatoes like ordered, they are horrible.
