I ordered online at 6:28pm, my email said 35-45 mins for delivery so I kept going on the app to see how the pizza tracking was going and at 6:55pm my order was be quality check and than again every 5 mins until 7:48pm. At 7:55pm my food was finally delivered cold and looked questionable. After calling the store the 1st time and finding out a answering service answers the phone and then being transferred to the store and after been on hold about 7 mins I was hung up on after asking for a supervisor. After calling back again and transferred again I finally spoke to a supervisor and he didn’t even apologize or explain why my food was not good or why it took so long. He just offered a refund which I did receive. I wanted hot fresh food instead of a refund which I asked for before a refund.

Pizza was delivered and had toppings completely slid off the pizza. Driver immediately apologized and offered to replace the pizza. Returned with a great pizza less than 15 min later. Reminded us we could file a form in the app to get a free pizza on our next visit if we wished. 5 stars… made a mistake, apologized, corrected mistake, offered free pizza on next order. Good job keep up the good work.

Waited over an hour no food and then call and 10min on hold no answer.. FYI did you know when you call to place an order people in the Philippines take your order, nice dominos outsourced away from the American people. Keep my order money you obviously need it more than me. I will never eat Dominos again! I called store got transferred to a call center who refused to help. Refund this damn order dominos!

Used to be my goto Domino’s, but after reading my recent bank statement, I am more than positive the cashier girl with black hair took a picture of the front & back of my debit card and proceeded to order $100 worth of Pizza Hut with it the following night. Not cool. I am sure because I haven’t been anywhere else to eat except the gas station and the two recent charges show Domino’s and Pizza Hut.

Went there and left because 3 guys were working and they ignored me at the counter. One guy went to the window handle money went back touching food with no gloves on. None of them were wearing gloves so I decided to leave. Will not go back touching money and then food is disgusting to me glad I didn’t call in or I wouldn’t have seen this.

Put up a fence blocking the sidewalk connecting the neighborhood to the lot complete with no trespassing signs. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I guess the owner doesn’t like customers walking to their establishment or business in general since we are trespassers now. The owner also blames customers for the trash and refuses to clean it up. BOYCOTT this business for their uncomfortable atmosphere and treatment of neighbors until the fence is down and no trespassing signs are gone.

Such poor service. I want a refund. My wife just gave birth two days ago and hasn’t been too hungry lately but she was really craving pizza and cinnamon twists. So the website messed up and payment didn’t go thru so she tried again and it somehow didn’t leave the tip she had submitted. Mind you we are very generous as we know how it can be as customer service. Next, we have a two day old baby that has been feeding every hour and had just fell asleep so we selected no contact delivery so there wouldn’t be any interruption in his sleep. When he arrived he proceeded to bang excessively loud on the door over and over. He then crumpled up our receipt and threw it on the ground at our door and then walked our food down the hall and set it on the opposite side of the hallway out of spite clearly. So my wife is bawling and ended up calling the store up. The manager was put on the phone and ended up telling the driver he should apologize and he said that he refused and we should have tipped. At that point the manager said that he agreed with him and also said we probably should have tipped. She feels terrible about not tipping. But honestly the audacity of both the manager and the driver make me never wanna eat here again. Noone has touched the food because after this most ridiculous encounter with their employees we don’t feel that they haven’t messed with the food. I’d really like a refund. It would be the least dominos could do to try and make up for this. I mean no one will touch this food. This completely ruined all of our night with such childish pettiness. Two thumbs down

Ordered a large chicken pizza and got it delivered with bacon on it. I called and asked nicely if they could redeliver the pizza I ordered and they said they would send one over. My large replacement pizza got delivered with no notice that the pizza arrived. Without ringing the doorbell, giving me a phone call, or even knocking, my large pizza was stuffed in a medium sized box and left in front of my door for about an hour until I called and they told me “your order was delivered a while ago” not sure what happened to this location. I’ve been ordering from here for as long as I can remember but their service has only been getting worse and worse. Never getting another dollar out of me.

I ordered pizza and bacon cheese tots from this location Sunday night. The tracker showed they were prepping the order at 7:00 PM. The order was delivered at 8:43 PM. The pizza was the wrong size and did not have the toppings that I paid extra for. The crust was so dry it was brittle and completely inedible. It literally crunched like eating celery. The tots were covered with bacon that was so burned it was black and the cheese was burned and melted the entire order into one large burnt tater tot. It was also inedible. I responded to a Domino’s quality inquiry within minutes of receiving the order and received an email apology from them. Called to speak to the manager and request a refund the following morning. She is sorry and referred me to the corporate Domino’s site. They responded saying they are sorry, they are short staffed and trying to recruit new staff. Sorry but no refund because they claim it was not reported to them within 16 hours. So in spite of having an email response from Domino’s that was submitted to and responded to by Domino’s within minutes of receiving burnt inedible food that went directly into the garbage, they claim it wasn’t within their required time frame. Save your self time and aggravation. Choose some other place to buy your pizza. There are many places that are managing to deliver good quality food in a reasonable time frame and actually stand behind their products.
