Ordered online. After 90 minutes I called to see where my food was. They said it was done but they didn’t have a driver available to bring it so they were waiting on Door Dash to bring it to me. I said I didn’t want a cold pizza order I spent $50 on. They offered no solutions so I asked for a refund and received no pizza. I then ordered from a different location.

I have ordered 4 orders over a few weeks. Only I am a pizza freak and am specific to what I like. For example extra sauce, always add cream cheese. And it’s an expensive combo, $50 easy for a pizza ordered. Don’t waist your time as there is no attention to detail and honestly I feel I’ve been scammed. Order a large get a medium, I’ve even gotten a completely different order than what has been requested 3, three times. Recently I provide an example that has nothing on what I ordered,l. Just adding that I do tip and tip very well. Made absolutely no difference. Go to the store get a frozen pizza.

The garlic bread was gross. Soaked in butter and salt and just frozen Texas toast style garlic bread. Service was slow and no one out front. Couldn’t buy a 2liter of pop for dine in. Inside was old and not updated.

We stopped by twice on our last visit to Omaha. Food was great both times, and always is which is why this is on our list of must eat at places. The only complaint we had was while ordering one night we were were reminded that they close at 9pm when we arrived at 8:15 that night. I’ve only worked in one restaurant, but that was never our policy. Sure half an hour after or so after closing you make some subtle hints by doing some clean up, but you never remind the customer what time you close. The second night the counter staff was friendly and courteous. Both nights we were out before their closing time.

Placed an online order here for carryout on a Tuesday night. Ordering process was easy and the time window they gave us was also faster than expected. When we arrived a woman at the pickup window (who I assume was a manager or lead of somesort) notified us that one pizza had to be remade due to an error. I appreciated that they caught this on the front end and provided us with an accurate order upon arrival. We will return to this location again. They took time to verify accuracy and fix any issues.

Waited about 40 minutes for pizza after we arrived on time. When we got it home it had a horrible taste to it. We couldn’t eat it. Not worth the money. We won’t be back for awhile

Horrible experience. Ordered pizza and was given a pickup time. Waited 1/2 hour and the line moved 1 car on the pickup line. What business would tell 8 people to all come at the same time? Luckily I did not pay in advance so I took off. Won’t go back until they get their act together

Will not answer phone and never delivered our pizza! They won’t refund me! Terrible. Brought my daughter’s pizza order two hours late A month ago. . And never rang bell. Dropped outside ! No apologies then! The manager is rude!
