I’ve always been very “iffy” if I should go to this Starbucks or not, because there is tons of bad reviews. Although, this is for sure one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The girls that work here are SO helpful and SO kind. They do nothing but help and explain the menu. I wish I knew their names so I can add them in this review, but sadly I don’t.

Obviously I love the coffee I get, but a major thing I seek in anywhere I go is nice service. I have been here A LOT, and have gotten the same, dull, upset looking people every time I go in to get Starbucks here, almost like I am in the way of their day. If you are just looking for a quick coffee, sure, but don’t be disappointed if you feel unwelcome.

Great place for tea. If you get a regular tea it’s not that bad on price. Last couple of times I have been there they told me they start braking stuff down to clean at 8. From 8 p.m. to 8:30 pm is tea products and from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. is coffee. Hope this helps someone besides me know when I can get the perfect drink. If you are not sure there is a woman there most evenings that can recommend a perfect drink for tea and coffee lovers alike.

Great service. I asked and got an honest answer on a product. The gentleman told me it wasn’t a good frozen drink because what I considered just didn’t combine well. I appreciated this. So I got my usual mocha frappuccino. And the drink is so tasty.

When I visited, the Starbucks was extremely busy, and there was only one employee working at the time. I’m sure he was doing his best, but he should have had help. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes to have my order taken. Upon leaving, I am certain I received an incorrect drink. It was unfixably bitter, and there was no caramel. (I ordered a hot caramel macchiato) I am disappointed, to say the least. I went out of my way to visit a Starbucks because I trusted the brand. I suppose that was a mistake.
